It’s not OTT, it’s called Perfection, and when people with these traits commit to an exercise your product is going to be absolutely perfect.. Mate, you’re going to scale, and have the like minded Chefs kicking down your door for your products... perfection, cleanliness and maximum yield is the perfect balance not to be sneezing at!! Well done.

Thanks for the breakdown!! Missing off of your source-materials list was the coco coir scooper you use. Q: your 2.5 scoops of coco coir = how many cups of it? Idea for a video: show how you hooked up fans to your racks - should be fairly short I would guess, but useful.

Do you re-use the water from the dehumidifier for your microgreens? I used my TDS and PH meter on what comes out of mine and the water quality is better than what comes out of a tap, it seams crazy to pay for mains water when there is a free source available .

  • @PrincetonMicrogreens

I find be water in the dehumidifier tends to be a bit moldy from the dehumidifier being constantly wet and moist inside. It creates a layer of gunk in the bucket. For this reason I don’t like to reuse it.
