My family has been drinking milk from their own cows for over five or six generations that I know of and they all lived into their 90s with no medical assistance. I just found a DRE about 20 minutes from me that has about 70 or 80 cows that are all grass fed with no pesticides no hormones and no pasteurization needed. These are all happy healthy cows run by a small family.

I realised how yuck processed milk was making me feel. I don't know why anyone would say you have to wean yourself onto or off it. It's packed full of beneficial probiotics so it's great for your gut. We were without it whilst waiting for our cow to have her second calf but stopping and starting to drink it once more has had no negative effects for us.

I am thinking of eventually switching to raw milk but I wasn’t completely sure but in a good way. Like if my body just wasn’t use to the new make up of the milk with new bacteria and stuff. I have some in my family that is lactose intolerant (I’m not luckily) but i don’t they no it is really that as some can but not in milk form and in small amounts and was wondering if it was the method of being pasteurized or an additive or something. It’s always amazing as to what new found understanding can do.

  • @wildernesssparrow1156

We do this, and it basically it just stops the enzymes and probiotics, plus pathogens if they are in there. If you can obtain milk from the A2 cows, and skim the cream off the top, it makes great butter. We just put the cream in the food processor and when it clumps up and separates, strain it out with cheese cloth in cold water. ps. the milk fat helps the turmeric absorb better in the system too. Personally I've been drinking raw milk for years and now have my own cows to milk (because it was getting too difficult to find it to buy in my country, plus I love our cows). I could never go back to processed milk. I'm sure raw milk from sheep or goats is just as beneficial. They just don't produce as much so you'd need multiple animals if you want butter and cheese as well, although I know it's difficult to get cream from goats milk.

You are doing what a lot of incompetent people do. You want a degree to be a substitute for creative research and fitting diverse pieces of data together. These are separate, and really opposite skills, from the skills required to pass tests and graduate. To pass a test, you have to repeat the facts, or misinformation, from your teachers. This is just being a sheep or a drone.

It's a complete food source we learned to take advantage of. It was a portable source of reliable nutrition and hydration and could even be taken across deserts. The ability to digest lactose was a very quick human adaptation, exceptionally fast in terms of evolution.
