Great blade! My brother worked for them for a while and to this day they are they best company I’ve gone with regarding edge and pocket clip. One of the better companies here in Arizona hope you enjoy brotha!

Very badass! I love the finishes on it. I have had a Praetorian T for quite a few years now. I love carrying it and have no problem doing it. I've also smashed a few windows with the glass breaker.

I see yours came with the insides of the scales chamfered. I recently purchased a DLT exclusive S90V Praetorian Genesis T. The insides of the scales were super sharp and not chamfered or softened in any way. I contacted Medford and was told they stopped chamfering the insides yet I see yours still is. I still feel like it was missed in mine? Greg Medford called me directly to prevent me from returning the knife to the vendor. I ultimately kept the knife because of the phone call and softened the edges myself and love the knife. Hopefully I wasn't lied to. 🤷‍♂️

Congrats on a grail man! Personally not my thing. Mostly for the style and a little bit because of the owner. But hey, I'm sure you wouldn't like some of the knives in my collection. Especially those in that price range. But getting a grail knife is one of the best feelings in the world.

Awesome knife! I’m a knife nut and this is on my grail list. You should get a good strop from DLT Trading with the Bark River green and white compound and that will help keep it razor sharp in between sharpening.

I recently purchased a Medford and after reading the list of things I CAN'T do to it, I'm afraid to use it. Also, while reading the warranty info I had my 5th-grade teacher stuck in my head picturing her waving her finger at me with disgust. Not one drop of oil allowed. LOL what? Don't play with it on the couch. LOL what? What the fuck are you warrantying, my wife?

Lol!...would you warranty a knife that some kitchen table wannabe knife smith took apart so he could bling it out to look like a piece of flashy jewelry. In a Medford, there is absolutely no play anywhere on the knife... you could stand on that blade and still not have a hair of movement, after break in its smooth as glass and still maintains zero play anywhere, in any position. But it takes a week or so to break in, most people can't wait that long so out comes the tools and WD40. SWEET blade Talon Sei!!

That "ATTENTION and ACHTUNG!!!" warranty is (to some extent) written tounge-in-cheek, Greg Medford made a youtube video addressing it actually. Recommended maintenance as well. Basically he was having issues with guys taking stuff apart, customizing them, reselling or trying to hold warranty on modified knives. DIY milling the washer area on a Praetorian, attempting to accomidate bearings, then passing it off secondary market as "new"/original, that kinda stuff. That warranty was written with THOSE eggheads specifically in mind lol. Everything is case-by-case basis at MKT, Greg will try to work with you on it, assuming you havent done some jackassery to/with your knife!

The reason why it says no oil is because Greg puts marine grade grease in his knives, and if you oil it, it will thin down the grease and make it run out :)

Sweet knife just too much scratch for me. I'd never wanna use it lol. Deffinatly want more knife video's and an updated collection vid.

That knife was something I wanted with the tanto blade and it was about 12-1700 and as much I respect the company and like the blade, I couldn’t pay that for a knife.. I went and bought a fake all steel version for 17$.. im sure it’s way heavier than the titanium Medford original but I couldn’t justify 1500+ for a pocket knife.. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🔪🔪

Baddest knife ever! The Vulcan finish makes it look like it came straight out of Armageddon! I saw that when you did the video with Zac (Blade HQ) after Blade Show and started looking real hard at Medford. I see a full size Praetorian in my future! But not near future... LOL

Does it have to be a Ti? I have a full size Praetorian T that I’d be willing to sell. I normally wouldn’t sell it, but I’m trying to save some Money up to buy a Computer. I have a Micro Praetorian Ti that is a “Friend’s & Family edition” (has the same thickness Blade as a full size Ti.) Edit: I should say that it’s never been used, always just sat it it’s Case.

Sweet video: I own many medfords and the Genesis is the next siZe up and the perfect EDC size. I think your micro is a Ti version that is 0.25" thick blade at Not 0.1q" thick but from the video I could be wrong !

What do you mean it doesn’t have the tolerance of a CRK? If you have any play in that knife whatsoever you need to send it in. That’s not right. Medford says the tolerance is like +\- a half mil.

Every time I try to talk myself into buying a Medford, I remember that for that kind of money I could also buy a gun!

Its not really a bad position to be in it's cool to have nice things in life...it'll definitely bring out the haters tho...and some unwanted attention as well in my neck of the woods...I've experienced that 1st hand🙋‍♂️...had my whole house cleaned out when I was outta town once...not a good feeling trust me

A niche knife. Too expensive first and foremost, too heavy, too chunky, not exactly a great slicer due to the overly thick blade. But if you like that look and nice fit and finish for such a heavy chunk of metal, go for it. As usual, nice presentation. Thumbs up! I subscribed too.
