It's stressed out from being caught and moved. Once it settles in it'll darken up to the same color as Moby.

Outdoors TV World it’s just because he was stressed from being hooked and moved. If you pay attention the new bass was really pale when it first got in the tank and after just like 2 minutes it’s color gets darker

When I was a kid we use to scoop the algae and weeds for small fish. Use to get bass about a third the size of moby, catfish so small you hardly could tell what they were, even caught a two inch eel once. This was in NJ though with not much poisonous snakes so be careful

Interesting how Moby approached the minnow from behind, but attacked it headfirst. Educational.

Gotta be captain Ahab to match Moby. Bonnie and Clyde were named together so it only fits that Moby and the new guy (Ahab) should be too. Plus you can just call him cap for short!

Since its Halloween time and he looks like a ghost I would go with naming him Casper. I know his colors will change once he get acclimated but he definitely looks like a Casper to me!

I would call him Mosby.. Looks like him and Moby would be some good minnow raiders!!

Jackson Berga usually I look for schools of them and I throw out a bait net that you can see on episode 1 of this. When you catch them you keep them in small tank with a bubbler to keep the water oxygen rich. Really late but still useful

Just an FYI crappie hate moving current so I would make some calm spots in the tank. Made a trip up to beaver dam wisconsin there were hundereds of baby crappie about 4-6" with their tail fins shredded from fighting the dam current. All the currentless spots were already over-occupied by other crappie. Otherwise awesome tank wish mine had that much plants
