TREMENDOUS VOICE MICKEY TH.

Mickey Thomas' talent and amazing voice have been "criminally" overlooked by the "experts" out there. Mickey Thomas is truly one of the very best male vocalists. "I fool around and fell in love" will never be sang like Mickey does. He deserves more recognition!

GREAT video...Steve Perry gets all the love from this era still today but has not really sang since 1986...Mickey with this ridiculous range is STILL gigging. His tone is so unique and flawless.

Underrated singer with a beautiful alto tenor voice, and the most amazing thing is that he practically kept most of his voice till this very day. His and Russel Hitchcock's are my favorites.

@goodtimeediting5789 I think similar facial bone structure plays a part on similar tessitures like that, although Russell's voice aged more and he can't sing some of his stuff in the same range anymore, but yeah, it's also a voice with very clear high notes, just like Mickey.

Nice compilation. Mickey is on my Mt. Rushmore as one of rocks greatest singers ever, and this well illustrates it!

Mickey is the king in every way. I saw him 3 or 4 times in the last few years. Still has all the high notes! I get chills thinking back about the high D he hit on Find ur way Back live in Concord, NC. Unbelievable show!

@@Dino-su2wh, I think the reason I give Mickey the edge is because he hasn't lost his vocal range/voice. Steve is a baritone at best now. In his day he was unbelievable for sure

True,this dude can sang!but to me he's not just some rock singer, he's got a lot of soul and blues feeling in jis voice,those crazy runssss!! I love "Nothing's gonna stop us" a lot,but I have no idea he was this good ~

I saw him a week ago - just NAILING the notes.

Cool thing is 'ole Mick can still do most of this today ! He still can pop it out on the daily ! Cheers !

he still got the pipes, that combined with a voice like a bell... i don't think he'll ever lose that bluesy lilt

Steve Walsh Bobby Kimball Brad Delp Russell Hitchcock and this singer in the video that I didn't know, and I'm meeting now! Both of these voices I mentioned have their similarity.

He sounds like Ann Wilson when he goes high! Impressive.

My sister, a soprano, gets upset when she hears him sing. His range and placement is just unfair.

Jeez. This guy had a set of pipes. He and Freddy Mercury should have done a competitive duet.

Hmmm, I'd say Freddie has more weight and color in his lower ranges, but Micky's technicality is just unfair.

What were some of the newer sounding tracks? Haven’t heard them.
