Окей, муссам ещё можно попробовать, но яйцо, рисовая лапша, креветки и соус с овощами-ну даже выглядит будто это уже кто-то ел....

I watched the omelet repeatedly and wondered how the chef flipped the omelet given he was using a small saucier pan. It is a magic to me. unbelievable.

I like how everything is masterfully, carefully, and slowly prepared.

Everything looks delicious. Except the Pad Thai. I think the chef should have fried the prawn in wok instead of blanching them. In Thailand, most roadside Pad Thai look better this this
