The one thing that's speaks higher of Michel is that, him being from Madrid, has learned Catalan as a sign of respect for our history and culture. It may seem nothing, but if anyone knows the disrespect and even hatred in Madrid against catalans and Catalonia that person can understand how important of a gesture that is from Michel. A real gentleman.

​@@artair70I can do it: TLDR; there is no hatred in Madrid for Catalonia or Catalans. There is instead hatred in Catalonia and by the Catalans towards every other Spanish citizen, but especially those of Madrid, as Catalonians believe it is within their right to secede from Spain. A minority of the country cannot redefine it's borders you see.

Ntw, I know that because I'm Catalan, I would like the independence for Catalonia, and I love Spain, I have lots of friends there, I have lived in Madrid and Leon, have family in Valencia and Oviedo, and I don't hate anyone. And I know hundreds of people like me. But as you can see, they can't respect our feelings and defend and justify themselves by saying it is who hate them. It's a very different thing wanting something for oneself than hating everyone else. But we cannot be forgiven by them for wanting the independence.

I love this tactic mate. I looked really nice in the ME. I was going to start a Newcastle save with your Alonso tactic but I feel this one suits the current Newcastle squad much more as it basically starts as a 4-3-3. Top job. Do you think it would work ok if I switched the positions/roles to the left side (eg have the IWBa on the right and the Mez on the left etc) it just works better with Tripps as the IWB and Target/Burn as the IFB.

The level of real life analysis is perfect. It gives a great understanding of what you're trying to achieve with the tactic and makes it easier to tweak the approach during a game if the result isn't going our way

I think Michel is being prepped as the Peps heir, hence why theres more talk about Flick than Michel in Barcelona. I believe Pep will move on after his contract expires and City board will have even better judgement on Michel if he likely qualifies for UCL next year.
