Is this simply not rebadging leadership generally to make it more palatable for Healthcare workers who often deride management theory etc.
This is intelligence and it goes to every man in a position of having responsibility for the vulnerable. There is no room for never wrong, it's injustice and leaves no room for learning. Keeping people voiceless is oppression and it loses the contribution of potentially valuable resources.
