In International law there is a difference in casualties as the result of declared war and October 7th style murdering.

@@jeffspicolli593 actually the whole war cabinet in Israel has stated that they will kill all the human animals in Palestine, making them a prime target and not "casualties". As of today, the Hamas "October 7th style murders" have a lower casualty rate than the IDF considering many of those killed on oct 7th were on duty military personel.

It’s because, in order to justify Israel’s brutal war, there is safety in numbers. The more people speak in favour of Israel, the more Piers thinks the pro Palestinians will lose the debate.

Israel is occupying the West Bank and has continued its campaign of setting up settlements there. So far, the US NEVER does anything effective to counter this expansionist campaign. Looks like pretending I am condemning what you are doing while at the same time you go ahead with it, you know I’m not going to do anything infective or concrete. This is and has been America’s role in the Middle East. No change WHATSOEVER!

Exactly. Michael did capitulate here. Were all the people of colnized countries trrsts for rising up and driving their monstrous occupiers out? Were the slaves trrsts for rising up against their monstrous slave masters? No they weren't. The same is true here. People need to decolonize their minds and not use the terminology of the clnizers.

Obsessively focusing on 7 October, as Piers does here, and ignoring the atrocities committed against Palestinian since Balfour, including the Nakba, is like pretending WW2 started with Hiroshima and condemning the USA for attacking civilians. Context is everything in international studies.

You forgot the endless terrorist attacks on Israelis. What did you think in 1972 when the Palestinians murdered Israeli Athletes in Munich? How did you feel about the Palestinians hijacking a plane to Africa in 1976? Palestinians have been terrorizing as far back as I can remember.

7 months in why are we still condemning hamas? Why is iaarel not being condemned? Its at this point where I now say I do not condemn the resistance of any oppressed people. Piers can just shut the hell up.
