I always found it funny that the only time he wasn't mad at Toby was when he was with his daughter

Michael’s support of Pam’s art work was so endearing. His father figure vibe with Erin was also lovely

Its so well written and amazing.

My dad passed last October. Anytime he would have something he always shared with me. Michael asking Pam if she wants half his chunky made me think of my dad. RIP dad.

Erin may not have had a father while growing up, but she had a caring dad in Michael. They had a great father-daughter relationship that was beneficial to both.

Maybe it’s being somewhat of an orphan myself but I LOVED the other character’s recognition of Erin’s craving for family. Feel like the writers did very well there, it wasn’t overdone like overly mushy or anything but it was also acknowledged, not ignored. Michael at the viewing party, Phyllis with the dna check and Nelly getting Erin’s help and comforting her when Andy denied the signature.
