This is so emotional for myself has a Ferrari tifoso, what a incredible human being Schumi is, winning the race knowing that his mother passed away is unthinkable, it's a shame that Mr. Enzo Ferrari never got the chance to meet the greatest F1 driver ever, he would have loved him like a son, the greatest, the icon, the Legend, Michael Schumacher, R.I.P. @@rederstreet How? In my eyes, Schumacher raced because his Mother and father believed in his ability, otherwise, they would've never helped him get so high in karting. I see it as one last tribute to his mother

The text and the video with this music that you are seeing in here, I created and I wrote the text, taken from official reports that weekend. It was his mother's wish for him to race so they both proceeded with the race. And Schumacher himself said it that he will race in her honor. She would want him to do that. So he did it, and his brother. @@rederstreet

I couldn’t imagine what was going through his head at that moment. Her and Senna are very proud of him. #KeepfightingMichael

By racing that day, he was able to have 'private' time to himself, to grieve without the prying eyes of the public. He needed to be alone to reflect on the past, remembering happier times at home with his mum and family, and reflect upon other things as well.Although he took part in a race that day, and some say he didn't need to, it WAS an advantage to him for the reasons I have already given.

On that day many haters said he is a monster without any feelings and just do everything to win. I am glad to see that nowadays more people understand that it was the greatest and last gift he could give to his mum. A strong man that always followed his heart.

That day my 20y older first cousin of mine who was avid Senna fan and then Hakkinen, never liked Schumacher. He actually disliked him and always cheered against. But on that day, in Imola 2003, what both Michael and Ralph did, but especially Michael, to win in such fashion and in season when Ferrari weren't so strong, it is actually the first time he applauded him and got his respects. It was the first and last time I saw my cousin say positive thing about Michael.

I don't know how I'd cope without my parents. You see the amount of times he was so happy on the podium and then you have this. My favourite sportsman.

Nothing but respect and utter admiration for the greatest driver ever. An absolutely remarkable man. #KeepFightingMichael

I’m a lorry driver who grew up watching Michael race. For me these were beautiful memories of this sport . Every time I’m having a ‘ bad day ‘ or feeling stressed at work I remember how he would love to be able to be experiencing my day . I shout in my cab for him in the hope somehow a atom of positivity in the universe goes out to him . He was a pleasure to watch growing up . I love you Michael. Don’t give up . Your name is legendary 🙂. If you really believe, without any doubt that you can achieve something , you will , this has been proven and shown in our lifetimes before . @@jwork5680 the misconception that kimi is a cold hearted person due to his exterior is funny and unfortunate at the same time which makes people think the dude is just Some Ice cold person with no personality. If you actually ask Charles Leclerc in a kimi tribute video for his 300th race,the dude was one of the first few people who would console and supportive of Charles to keep racing. Even after Anthoine Hubert’s tragic accident,kimi was seen comforting Charles which again proves the dude is not some cold person that he seems to be

I can only imagine the thoughts passing through his head when he turned off his light and laid in bed that night. I doubt there was a thought in the world about Formula 1, though.

My mum.passed away last week of cancer I am 3 year older than Micheal was in 2003,. I share his pain

Since I was the one who created this video combination with the music and the whole text that is written and the quote of Senna speaking about the helmets hiding emotions that cannot be understood. Cause I really felt that was the case back then. It was unimaginable to see him race on such day. He and Ralph.

Schumacher is my hero. Am going to name my son after him if my wife gives birth to a boy. As a side note - I love how all the other drivers decided not to overtake him on the in lap after the race as a sign of respect for his grief. This was the last era of gentleman in F1. Now it’s just rich boys and Primadonna spoilt brats.

@LordGroyper no need to thank me mate someone should have said it. Michael is not a cheater he is really competitive to the point that sometimes he may go over the line but its just racing. When senna did similar moves they say he is the goat etc

Schumacher, throughout his career, was the only one who has practically made me cry for a stranger. Okay, I admire him immensely, but unfortunately, I don't know him personally in the end. The times I practically cried were the victories in the World Championships for Ferrari. I'm Italian and a huge fan of Ferrari, even more than the National Soccer Team. Then I cried in this race because having also lost a parent, I can imagine his state of mind at that moment. And finally, when he had the very sad accident that led to the conditions in which he lives today... Always and forever Forza Ferrari and a huge thank you to Schumacher for the joys he has given to all of us Ferrari fans. ❤

And those people never really put themselves in such dangers. It was second channel I lost, funny thinking about my first channel that I lost back in 2010 thinking no way I lost it how to start again bla bla bla :D and then starting it, lasting for 8 years and losing it that too, and for things to be worse I had so much content on it, so much subscribers so much views etc. Now I am beginning from scratch, posting sim racing videos again, occasionally I will do 3D livestreaming with tributes of F1 possibly like the video you see here and so on, so if you guys wanna support me a bit and subscribe I would be really grateful

The description in the video is absolutely false: Michael's mother had a domestic accident: she fell from a chair or a ladder at home and suffered head/brain damages, which is why she died ! :(
