He started coming on at the end of the season after McDaniels got canned. In the last couple of games, he showed some potential to be a future pro bowler. Especially with adding Christian Wilkins to that D-line was massive for Maxx, Wilson, and Koonce. He's gonna open up so much for those guys. O-lines won't be able to throw double teams so often like they have in the past

Mayer sounds like someone who could be a head coach some day.

Yall realize we’ve had multiple players mention “they didn’t know what was going on” or “I was clueless” for the first 7 weeks. McDaniels offense complexion was hindering the development of these guys. They couldn’t play fast which is huge!!

I like the way Tyree looks, I like what he has to say, and I think he"s going to blow up this season. I know he's putting in the work being mentored by Maxx. If Tyree puts it all together, he can be otherworldly. Put me down for 10+ sacks. Mayer...Love that dude. Saw him live at ND and now healthy and a new coaching staff....this guy is the next Jason Written.

Don't ask Mayer about last year. It's over. He's focused on THIS year!

I am excited for Michael. The biggest thing we noticed last year was his lack if speed. He appeared very slow. Apparently he's dropped some weight and become faster.....and having fun again! Plus, competition brings out the best!

Tom Telesco made the best pick in the draft. Hands down. He got a top yhree pick at thirteen(Brock). That's EXACTLY the draft strategy we should've had for years! You go for BPA and intelligence/character....or you end up with Ferrell, Leatherwood, Russell, Ruggs, Wilson........

No one could understand, and Tom Brady was willing to run it his own way which made McDaniels angry at him. But Brady was the reason McDaniels looked competent. Same with Belichick. Brady made those guys look better.

Some reporters ask some of the most pointless questions like “how did you feel when they drafted a TE?” -- like whats that gotta do with football and the RAIDERS?🥴

Adams championship window is a lot smaller than the TE's. They will still be here while DA will not

After hearing Mayer speak I think it was more then just a foot. Im not sure what went wrong with Mayer. He was awesome at Notre Dame. To hear him say there were days he didnt want to show up is upsetting. I csnt help but think of those last 3 games was he really that hurt or was it lack of commitment to excellence? Not sure he and Pierce saw eye to eye last season. Hmm will be interesting watch moving forward.
