The cool thing about MJ is that he came into the league and schooled the old 70s afro dudes, schooled his early 80s generation, schooled the early 90s generation, schooled the mid-90s generation, schooled the late 90s generation, then came back and showed the early 2000s generation that he could still compete. That's a whole lot of schooling going on lol.

I was at this game. KG’s Farragut teammates were in the row right in front of us, KG kept pointing at em after he did something dope. They handed out umbrellas before the game. I think the moment in question happens around 7:46. It's a 2-point lead for Chicago with one minute left in the 3rd quarter, and as they're going to commercial you see KG holding JR and talking to him as Jordan walks by in the bottom right corner of the screen. MJ suddenly scores the Bulls' next 8 points, haha. And the Bulls won by 21. I'm posting this on Reddit, haha.

    Casual fans claim that the 90s Nba is a weak era. Jason Kidd ( 1994-2000 )- 6 seasons. Kevin Garnett ( 1995-2000 )- 5 seasons. Rasheed Wallace ( 1995-2000 )- 5 seasons. Michael Finley ( 1995-2000 )- 5 seasons. Marcus Camby ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Anthonio Walker ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Jerry Stackhouse ( 1995-2000 )- 5 seasons. Kobe Bryant ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Theo Ratliff ( 1995-2000 )- 5 seasons. Ben Wallace ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Allen Iverson ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Ray Allen ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Marbury ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. Steve Nash ( 1996-2000 )- 4 seasons. So why didn"t these players dominate the weak 90s, like 20-year-old Luka Doncic, 21-year-old Trae Young and 19-year-old Zion Williamson dominates today"s league ? ? *Lebron James barely beat Rookie Jason Tatum ( age 19 ) in the 2018 ECF.* Shaquille O"Neal ( Player from the 90s ) won nothing in the weak 90s, but in the 2000s he dominated, because Hakeem Olajuwon, Karl Malone, Patrick Ewing, David Robinson, Dikembe Mutombo and Anthony Mason were old or retired.

I remember watching this game live. I ran home from the park to watch KG up against the bulls. Back then in Chicago the Bulls were must see tv. What ever you were doing, whether you were watching a movie, playing a video game, outside playing ball or whatever, you stopped whatever it was when someone remembers, and yells that the "Bulls are about to start". I'd race home, run to the bathroom, wash up and hope to catch that intro. I remember being mad that Jr and KG were getting off in this game but Da Bulls handled them. But watching this later on, it's shocking to see how well KG played his rookie year out of high school. He looked like a future Hall of Famer in this game.

JR and a lot of other guys from that era can definitely ball in today's era, and they weren't just 3 point shooters like what many fans refer to as ballers with more talent in today's game. And how can one say that watching an old game like this one wasn't as exciting as watching guys just standing at the 3 point line taking turns hoisting up 3's so they can be compared to Steph....

7:45 - This has to be where KG starts the trash talking and Jordan overhears... because after this moment, Jordan has fire in his game... he wants the buckets and there's no turning back... plus they were down by 2 as Kevin Garnett mentions in the story. That or it happens around 9:25 where Jordan seems to enter yet another gear, shooting a line-drive 3, the commentator mentioning he didn't think Jordan would even get 20 tonight and has 33. 10:15 is just ridiculous. Notice how few Timberwolves highlights there are by the end.

Rider should have been a superstar player if he stayed with the wolves & had that mj,kobe fire to just be 100% determined & over obsessed in the game, He would have done KG a solid & been a more successful team if my favorite player after mj & LJ back in the day just stayed on tbe right pass, same issue with Kemp, but kemp went well by becoming a main player on a good team that was successful every year once he kicked into gear.
