Whether it's a dig or not, I'd take this as fuel to chase after the WR, if i were Noah. It's Michael Johnson, I expect it to come from a competitive standpoint, iron sharpens iron. He took the time to give you your props and challenge you to do bigger and better. I liken it to the MJ and Kobe relationship, in a way. So, in my eyes it's a positive for Noah. Whether it's him being jealous or not so what, that's his problem not Noah's. Noah needs to focus on continuing to be the best.✌️

Lane 1 takes 100m before u get to the straight while lane 8 is in the straight in 20m....also wider curve vs tighter curve......I said Wade would never run that fast again unless he gets that far outside lane again and I was right! 400m is not a fair event...it gives favor to outside lanes

The problem is, if he had these spikes and this track he would've lowered it substantially
It's great to see you. I remember watching you in the Olympics. 🎉
I think he should have said no one in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA including myself has ever ran faster than Noah right now so big up to him for that. So keep your head low kid because the real target is to take back the WR from the Jamaicans

Nah.... I liked what he said better. Legend speaking Facts!!
Mr. Michael Johnson, an Earth Brown Melanin Natural Brother, World Athelete, True Track and Field Champion!!! T&F family, look how long he held his records??? Thank you Champion Michael Johnson!!! The 440 yd. dash, now just the 400m, Lee Edward Evans, forever remembered!!!

He's always been my favorite track and field athlete ever since I was exposed to sports
Everyone thinks he was throwing shade but really he was explaining why the significance of the American record is a bit greater in Noah's case than it was for him, when America typically had the world record by default.
You are the best

Still remember your race when you broke the 200m . It was such an impressive race 🔥
That man Michael Johnson was the fastest man in the Olympics I will always love Michael Johnson
Only Michael Johnson could run full speed in the 200m and look like his warming up for a jog.
After years of better training methods, nutrition and shoe tech and finally an American breaks his record. Don't know what time Micheal would have achieved with all the advancement we have got today.

Such a great champion in his events!
Too humble for words. A man of distinction
And why are you doubting the 100m women hurdle record by Tobi Amusan? Go listen to her “ God did that” so you can ask God for explanations about why He allowed her brake the the record.
*You cheated us all, Michael Johnson! You NEVER REAN your fastest race! You settled for a 19.32 in Atlanta and dropped out of the semifinals in the year 2000, when we all wanted to see if you were indeed swifter than Maurice Greene. The two of you played all of us out, and we NEVER received the answer to THAT question or to the question of how swift were you really. I guess we will never know, now. 🤣😂😂🤣 SALUTE 🫡 to you, Legend!*

He had to throw that in about the world record. Then he said I know it's important to Noah.
Big up Jamaica 🇯🇲
It just shows the standard he set for himself -only world records were acceptable.
Basically, saying kid Noah! You ain’t there yet. Break damn record and then we can talk business 👨🏾💼

It is obvious that Americans can't get over the fact that they do not currently hold the world record for the men's 100,200 and 400m as well as the 4 by100 relay . It literally is stuck in their 'craw '.

Yeah, he didn't sound that gracious to be honest but it's hard to tell from a brief video.
Crazy to see in the 200 how many athletes have went under 19.6 in the last 26 years. In 96 it was Johnson Frederick's, Mennea and bolden were the 4 fastest in history and now the Frederick's Mennea and bolden are not even in the top 10 anymore. The slowest of the top 10 is Xavier Carter at 19.63

His actually speaking facts because the most watched sports in the world is football aka u Americans call it soccer if compare kobe bryant lebron james to Cristiano ronaldo and lionel messi they litterly make nba look like a joke and both of them are well known on twitter Facebook and Instagram each of those 2 have over 300 million followers on all 3 compared to nba stars
So In other words it don’t mean shit if it ain’t the world record. For a personal accomplishment it’s amazing. But other athletes won’t really care
Why did you fake the hammy though? 😂
Came here expecting him to be salty another his record is broken. And I'm not disappointed.
He speaks rather cool under pressure. His voice a little shaky.

Lol it was hard for him to.say the record is held by a Jamaican!! 🤣🤣 His breath got caught he hardly could bring himself to say it. Lol and how he lowers his voice when he spoke about how it was broken by Bolt and other guy 🤣🤣😃 he is so sad. Dude you are a has been. Leave the stage just stop commentating because you stay shading people.
To me you still are because you broke it from lane 3:
When Bolt hit 19.19, Johnson said the person to break it hasn’t been born yet. Been 15 years. Johnson’s American record stood for just shy of 26 years.
He still ran it faster than you though…so maybe you should think about that instead of displaying this elementary shade you’re throwing.
Show . ... Seu fã aqui do Brazil
Dude stays hating on Lyles
🇿🇦Van Nikerk smashed your record a small time SOUTH AFRICAN BOY f... Outta here
WADE DID NOT BREAK UR RECORD....no body ever ran faster than ur time in the lanes u ran in....had u ran at the Olympics in lane 8....u would have timed at 42.9 or faster.....EACH LANE OUT HAS LESS CENTRIPETAL FORCE a different of 0.977 each lane up. .........every lane in the 400m should hold separate records because they are separate events. Lane 1 takes 100m before u get to the straight while lane 8 is in the straight in 20m....also wider curve vs tighter curve......I said Wade would never run that fast again unless he gets that far outside lane again and I was right! 400m is not a fair event...it gives favor to outside lanes
Lol American record it’s jus to make Americans feel good it’s either championship record or world record no american record isn’t important to any athlete out side America not one they don’t even consider it
Quitter
No athlete doubted you records.Respect other athletes too.You have a jelous mindset.

He may hold the American record and is an interesting guy to watch. But, I'm my opinion he is arrogant, entitling, a lil Petty and overly emotional at times. Micheal is a gay queen I don’t like him anymore he is always so negative and so bitter and now he just seems feminine I use to follow him on Twitter but unfollowed because he was so negative always complaining and criticizing it’s a bad look It’s like he mad because he not young anymore and can’t compete and it shows this was all fake he was not happy for Noah and he never will be he not happy for anybody that runs faster then him he to old to be acting like a queen Learn now to love and support these younger athletes my gosh
