Thank you for this. Where you can see who Michael really was. You can't hear him. But you can see him. Enough to see the pure him that he always was. And he received love from the purest people on this earth.

Hi LunaJo/Jolanda! So nice to watch a video from you again. I watched ALL your videos, they are such a good documentation. Please do more videos on Safechuck and Robson. They sued Michael, but the judge said there is no evidence of an abuse. Then they said the MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures had the responsibility that they were allegedly abused. The judge dismissed the case and said the company is not responsible, because Michael was the sole owner. They appealed. A judge ruled that they have a jury trial next year. That is absurd because Robson and Safechuck are accusing Michael's company of being responsible for the alleged abuse, claiming that they either had a duty of care or covered up the crime. However, it's ironic that if the alleged abuse were true (which is not the case), and Robson committed perjury in 2005 (when he was in his twenties), he would actually be responsible for concealing any real abuse, making him the true 'cover-up' by lying under oath. The duty of care is between an employee and employer. The employee has to be 14 years or older. Between 7 and 14 years old, the parents have the duty of supervision. Robson and Safechuck have to prove that the people who were running the company watched that an abuse happened. It's proven that Robson Safechuck lied and that they were not abused, how can a company watch a crime that never happened? It's clear to me that they try anything to get money! Can you please make a video about this situation because people need to hear the truth about Robson and Safechuck!

Thank you very much for your response. I believe, LunaJo, that I've watched all of your videos. I will double-check, but to the best of my knowledge, I've seen them all. Your videos have consistently been methodical, logical, and easy to follow. I've been thinking about whether you could consider creating a video that covers the entire situation. This would be greatly appreciated, as there is a lack of information available on this case. In this regard, it's worth noting that Safechuck and Robson attempted to reach a confidential settlement with the Estate, which was not successful. They pursued an appeal, which a judge approved for next year. Only the Popcorn Planet has reported on this new development. The whole situation is quite perplexing. Safechuck and Robson claim that MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures should be held responsible for the alleged abuse, similar to the way they altered the allegations in the Jordan Chandler case to negligence in their pursuit of compensation. They said, that Michael's companies had a duty of care. However, it's important to clarify that the concept of duty of care applies specifically in situations involving an employer and employees, with employees needing to be at least 14 years old. Safechuck and Robson have stated that they were employees, yet between the ages of 7 and 14, it is the parents who hold the responsibility of supervision. In order to make their case, Safechuck and Robson must prove that those managing the company were aware of any instances of 'abuse.' Given their history of deception, no evidence of any abuse has come forth. How could the companies have been expected to identify abuse when no actual crime took place? Another question arises concerning whether Neverland even falls under the jurisdiction of the companies in question. These intricate aspects certainly contribute to the complexity of the matter. If you have time, I think your way of research would be the best! Thank you Luna/Jo! ❤

@@hannaz4617 All indeed interesting questions. I will take it with me. And I already thought about going back to this case since it's still ongoing in court, as you mentioned. Keep an eye on my channel...although if I do start a video again, it wil take some time before it's done. I'll try to keep people updated in the community section. Thank you too! LJ

@@LunaJo67WDHTMJ You are very welcome! Thank you for considering creating a new video. I'll keep in touch. I believe it's crucial for people to realize that there is deceit behind the story of these two individuals who are not telling the truth. It's disheartening for all the genuine victims of abuse. If they were to succeed in profiting from their fabricated story, it could encourage other criminals to attempt the same method of making money, and they might escape consequences. It's incredibly unjust. Please take your time with the video; I understand that it involves extensive research and fact-finding to create a thorough documentation. LJ, thank you for your response; I truly appreciate it!

Hi there, I wasnt able to write you on twitter/X cause they charged these services, however I hope I will be lucky enough to get answer at least here. Im your fan, carefully watched most of your videos, really good job by the way. Incredible research. And my question here is heading on your final opinion about whats really happened last years. Lets say from 2007-2009. Was it Jermaine who arranged it all through manager Thome Thome? or simply Sony wanted to stage the whole thing through this is it tour, which should not have happened? Did AEG live really want to start concerts or just make money and end it with michael with the help of dr. murray? Whats your closest opinion? I would be really grateful for your answer. THANKS SO MUCH.

Hi there. And thnak you for your kind words! It's hard to give aan answer since even through my research you can never fully find all the answers and truth. But my closest opinion is that they used Michael's despair, his need for money to save Neverland and keep the ATV. He tried several times to make a comeback, but didn't succeed. AEG tried to get him to make a comeback for years since 2006. As soon as his situation was at its worse, they had the right connections to step in and convince him. Especially when he returned to the US at the end of 2006. In the end he basically had no choice. Michael met Murray in 2007, according to the book by the bodyguards, but somehow he showed medical documents of MJ from 2006 at the trial in 2011. So what is the truth? Michael always had trouble sleeping on tours and received Propofol from several doctors BUT always by an anesthesiologist. And we know he tried to hire one in early 2009, but apparently Murray prevented that. His greediness, AEG's arrogance, Tohme's ambitiousness, Michael's despair: all ingredients for the perfect storm. I do think Jermaine tried to ride Michael's coattails, but if it was bad intent? I don't think so. Just bad decisions. I hope this helps! And I am still not done with my videos either. Just a lot of personal stuff that prevents me from creating a lot right now. I lost my mom recently.... Love, LJ 🌷
