Its been almost 6 years since he left us but I know his legacy will live on for generations to come.

yep. i remember hearing that michael jackson's father made fun of jackson when he had pimples on his face. he couldn't look himself in the mirror and he would often cry in the dark while he splashed water on his face. and of course he also got beaten by his father, etc. because he was an entertainer for pretty much his whole life had no childhood whatsoever. he wasn't a very social person either because he literally entertained for his whole life and couldn't hangout with anybody his age. which was why people called him "weird" because he didn't know how people would react to his behaviour i guess. in summary/retrospect, however, michael lived a really sad and bizarre life. at the end of the day it must feel satisfying earning the greatest entertainer to ever live rank lol.

He was a beautiful man.. This inspires me to allow God to make me a more pure, humble, loving person.

I saw this the first time it was aired on Tv- I think the younger generation doesn’t realise that MJ was a music industry veteran at this age! He knew everything about his craft and he was still young enough to be a teen idol... the megastardom wasn’t a ‘mistake’.. he worked hard and was wealthy for a decade + before this interview.

The reporter doesn't want to go further into that, and instead skips it. I don't know why? I guess for religious or different beliefs or didn't want to for Michael's sake, but I loved how fearless he always was. *****​ It was wonderful growing up a child in the 80s & a teen/young adult in the 90s. I wouldn't trade it for anything. We had the best music, the best films & the best art. Everything was better in the eighties & in the nineties. Dating & relationships were certainly more fluid and more organic prior to all the dating site and everybody with their heads buried in their cell phones. I wish I'd been around for the seventies in the late sixties to experience some of that awesomeness. ✌

***** Girl, I still don't have a damn IPhone.😂😩😇I have a Samsung Galaxy. I will say that friendships, romantic relationships, communication, intimacy, bonds, sex & everything related to love (platonic or romantic) was so much better...more true...REAL...less fake bullshit...your boyfriend didn't have the option to send some lame-ass, lazy, passive-aggressive bullshit texts. People actually SPOKE to one another. People actually made eye contact. People were living life, smelling the flowers, experiencing it all (the good, the bad, the magnificent, the tragedies). These days, with our heads buried balls deep in our phones, we've replaced reality with a caricature of reality.

Michael was always kind to us his fans...he really dedicated his whole career to us we are the most blessed people on earth!

Every answer he gave was basically "I'm glad people enjoy what I do."

A lot of people talk about how he faked his higher voice in public, but as a singer I can acknowledge that he was likely just saving his voice and talking as softly as possible to preserve it for performing and recording. There is no other way to have a voice as flexible and powerful as his was. Try this famous vocal coach tip: put one hand on your larynx/adam's apple and start whispering (note you shouldn't feel anything vibration from your throat), then gradually build up the volume of the whisper until you feel your voice box vibrating. THAT pitch is the pitch at which you should be speaking all the time in order to preserve vocal health. For most men, that ends up being a bit higher than normal, and for most women, that pitch ends up being lower. TLDR: we're all modulating our voices to a different pitch than is naturally healthy (or at least optimal for singing) to try and impress the opposite sex-- Michael was a professional, and beyond having to do that.

+Nick Papageorge According to his voice coach of 30 years, Seth Riggs, Michael's speaking voice was baritone, but he preferred to speak publicly in a softer tone. He had a four octave range ---- could sing baritone to falsetto.

+Nick Papageorge But it wasn't like he had to perform ALL the time. Perhaps there is some truth in what you explained but I don't believe talking in a high pitched voice regularly is absolutely necessary in order to preserve a great singing voice. Other musicians who are legendary singers didn't have to speak in a high pitched voice. I think for the most part, for whatever reason, MJ was just insecure about his deep voice. I don't understand why, because I've heard his deep voice and it sounds very normal to me. But it was his life and if a high pitched voice is what made him feel comfortable so be it.

Michael Jackson spoke in a soft and high-pitched fashion because: 1) his father always told him and his siblings to speak like that. 2) He sang in a high-pitched fashion. Btw, since the early 2000ies, he tended to speak normally, because he didn't sing as much as he did previously.

I love how he's sitting there with hands on his lap like that at the beginning of video and his smile at 42 seconds can't forget that smile!!!

This man was and still is pure magic and greatness. Miss you Michael .

True.

There is no artist alive today that can even hit his level of creativity let alone his heart and soul. They all try extremely hard but for michael it was effortless, he truly felt the music and the rythem. "Artists" today have to force the feelings they want. Music and the artists are definitely not what they used to be. Today it's all about money and getting famous off sex tapes, reality shows, and just their personal lives. So sad. Rest In Peace MJ. We still have your music and videos but we don't have you, the person anymore.

It's just a shame that we was only able to see all these footage of him now after he's gone. I love the party when the lady that's interviewing him ask how old is he, she said are you 24 now and he said no I'm 30 then laughs that was, so cute. I love you Michael Jackson.......... R.I.P
