Looks like he was 10 when the Jackson 5 were signed to Motown - their first performance together was in 1964 when he was 6. The point the Jock was making wasn't to excuse any shenanigans as you say, but moreso the point that mega-fame at an early age (and fame that continued up until his passing) tends to stunt the natural maturing process that normal people go through. Yeah mike did say he didn't have a childhood he was thrown into fame from 7. His first girlfriend low key was Diana Ross he was goomed like most in hollyweird. Tho ill honestly say idk if he touched those kids or not. FBI watched him for a year straight snd found nothing.
