damn, this flows so much better than the xscape version. this song was already finished, why on earth did Sony feel the need to reharmonize and rewrite instruments? this honestly could have been a single, it vibes so live

The lyrics and those bad things have happened to him make me feel really hurt. He deserved much more and the world was TOO cruel to this innocent warm-hearted man..

Such an amazing song, should have been a album track. The subject is so deeply serious and you hear the anger, frustration and sadness in his voice. Yet we still have some utterly dumb mofos in this world that believe he ever hurt a child. And thanks to a pathetic excuse for a TV network, a likewise sad excuse for a "documentary" director and two vultures who really should just die already....this whole nonsense of people thinking he was guilty continues. May all these liars, the actual criminals burn in hell!

Just the B E S T ! ! ! Oh, to have seen him perform this socially conscious, powerfully written song! Steve Lukather's guitar riff is off the charts! The Xscape producers tweaked this song too much. It was perfect just as it is! God, Michael was so talented! He was light years ahead of everyone!

Holy Moses I feel exactly the same! I wanted to hear this song, but not the remix, so I go on Spotify and click on what *they say* is the original version. I knew from the moment it started that it wasn't the original version, so I said, "Forget you, I'm gonna go find the *actual* original version" and came here. Holy Moses I know!! I love that they put the demo on Xscape, but why in gods name wasn't THIS version included?! My brain melted when it was leaked in 2010. This is pure, real Michael Jackson. Don't fix nothin that ain't broken! I love remixes, but the Xscape ones are awful. I can't listen to them! The only exception is LNFSG with JT.

Now this is the original VERSION I like this far better then the other versions

This is the best version of the song to date and you can hear see a clear vision for the song which is lost in the remake on Xscape. Too bad as great jobs were done on 6 of the 8 (no co-incidence the first 6) and this could have been great!!!

i like this one better than the xscape version i couldve sworn up and down on Wikipedia they mention that slash did the solo in this song maybe im wrong

No, Slash did alot of guitar work for Michael, but Steve Lukather, former member of the group, Toto (Africa, Hold the Line) rocked the guitar riff on this song. The beat on this song is soooo Michael!
