Someone on Twitter said that watching Michael Jackson rehearsing is better than watching any of today's artists perform !! And I say I can't agree more with that !!!!

Dont really care so much that he lip syncs on some of his live shows (perhaps due to exhausting dance moves) BUT this rehearsal tape just proves that he CAN SING live and get every damn key right. Exactly like how we recorded the songs. Such an awesome artist.

his natural speaking voice is so soothing and fun to listen to. i could honestly listen to him for hours. I just adore when he beatboxes and scats to himself during the breaks. His singing is so damn on point too. I love his rehearsals.

Still watching in Aug 2021. Never stop watching him. MJ rocks forever.

After watching all these rehearsals tapes of MJ , i can now understand why he chose to lip sync in some of his songs during the concerts , with the crowds shouting , and his adrenaline and energy, he just want to make sure his fans get the most of him during the show.. hell he can definitely sing live no doubt, but some people condemn him about lip syncing is so wrong.

Not to mention he needed to limit the live singing to save his voice for an entire tour.

Some of his songs in his concerts is lip sync beacause of the fans was shouting he can't hear his own voice especially when he sing falsetto. But here all was natural from his voice. I love you Michael

Look how happy MJ is, a big difference between this rehearsal and the this is it, rehearsal. MJ was not! happy. He has more control here. In this is it, seems like he was an employee, instead of being the star. A E G sucks! for what they put him through. I've to say MJ, to me appeared that he could've pull the tour off though, even with all the crap! Such an entertainer! Miss him so. Much love MJ.

he was not physically well enough to do those shows. not even the original 10 he agreed to. AEG is evil, and they along with Sony killed him. He's happy here still because he wasnt broken down from the media and public onslaught he faced. His name and imaged wasnt tarnished. he was still that happy go lucky (but lonely) person he was. You can see the immediate difference from this rehearsal before the tour, to his august 93 rehearsal where he breaks down from the pain and accusations. No joke, look at his TWYMMF where he stops what hes doing and cries. Karen Faye consoles him and he leaves and doesnt come back for the remainder.

In his autopsy they found bronchitis and lung inflammation and hemmoraging... He was also full of ephedrine, pain meds and anti anxiety drugs .... I am am amazed he was even standing up that last week

Wonder why he wasn't seeking treatment & taking better care of his health, considering he was 50 yrs already & a single parent to 3 small kids.These conditions were easily treatable. In the last few yrs of life, I felt he became too reclusive. Though he didnt have a spouse by then, he could have at least reached out to his Mum, who I read was closest to him & could always visit him without an appointment or his sister Janet too. Sad really, the way this brilliant man's life ended.
