@@dirtbone Franti was born 9 yrs before Johnson, and Franti had a version of his track *SOMETIMES* on the old movie *Mystery Men Soundtrack in 1999.* Johnson's first track was released nearly a year later, and his first album was released in 2001. How miserable is your entire existence that you're angry about songs that make others feel happy and positive? Get a grip, because it is now 2021. Which is just 8 months after that comment, so I hope your life has improved.

Used to hear this tune all the time in the grocery store I used to work at. Glad I found it again after thinking about it. Put a big smile on my face hearing it again

Of course it is! I have really good memories of a love affair in Venice, CA in the '70s. I hope it's still the same unique and soulful place now after all these years, but it will always be in my dreams.

It's -40 where I live.....freaking cold.... This makes me smile and remember that the sun shines always when it is this cold here!

OMG! Saw him at Rifflandia, Victoria BC on Friday night!! He was AMAZING!!! Everyone was dancing and singing!! So much joy....and a huge bonus, I got to meet him and got a photo with him! Best birthday present ever:)
