The only reason this court case is happening is because there is evidence a hush money payment was paid and falsified on business records as legal expenses, which is illegal. Warrant for emails went back to before election. They were out to get Trump and they went after Cohen to do it. Trump never had any of the 3 letter acronym LEO's. They were still Obama's people. I imagine this was all set up by HC. There is a reason why the trial is not televised. The narrative cannot be controlled if the people see it live. MSM report on the narrative that they want presented. If you don't watch any right or independent media, you will never see what is going on. I am sure you wil disagree, but that does not matter. Ask yourself why Trump wanted it televised and the courts shut it down. This is the most important trial to the American people especially since there is an election coming up. The Trump Foundation, run by Don and the kids, was found guilty in court in 2019 of skimming off half of it's 5.6 million veterans charity donations of 2.8 million to spend it on the 2016 election and Trump enterprises. (Mar-a-lago bills) Trump admitted he used the charity funds for political causes. He also admitted to claiming credit for monies that actually came from non Trump charities. Fraud on a multimillion dollar level. The suit accused the foundation of being nothing more than an empty shell, with no employees, and not having a board meeting since 1999. Fined 2 million, the 2.8 million ordered repaid, and the Foundation ordered dissolved. All public record. If anyone out there is still wondering if Trump thinks veterans are suckers, look no further.

That's how the criminal justice system works.
