I have really enjoyed, played and owned many Guardala mouthpieces but recently switched to my Bob Berg copy mouthpiece which I find is a great fit for me.

Guardala traditional (later called Mb1) -
Early serial number hand made original and direct copy of Michael Brecker's mouthpiece.
2. • Michael Brecker v Bob ...
JXFL Custom 8 -
Direct copy of the solid silver Francois Louis that Bob Berg played.
This is not a competition or a battle of mouthpieces and is purely to show the difference between these 2 fantastic mouthpieces.

I really love my traditional guardala (i didn’t know they were called mb1) - it has a loud sound and crunchyness around the edges. Work really well with 2 1/2 reds

Why didn't you show us the baffle of the JX FL Custom mouthpiece? I wod really like to see it. How about posting a picture please.

The JX FL Custom has a more balanced sound, even up top than the Guardala.
