I don't usually pay attention to Friga's defense, but the defensive possession at 13:58 was to a tee. Great talk. Good help on the potential drop down pass. And great hustle and close out to his man, forcing him into a contested, somewhat unbalanced shot.

@blue fast Yeah, it also all depends on how heavily you weigh 1v1s. For example, I have both Tre (when in form) and Friga a little above Jay... even though Jay has beaten both 1 on 1. But I look forward to that, should be a good Christmas special.

Not really. XRM and Jeff Ledbetter have both played in the G League and overseas. Khalil, Veinkye, and the light skin Canadian guy all play overseas. Half the gym is pro guys hence the pro run title in the name.
