Oh my god. The singer clearly speaks English somewhat poorly, and it shows, and it legitimately makes the song so much *_better._* There's a cover someone did in English where the lyrics are altered to be grammatically correct, and if you search it up, you'll find that it honestly takes away from the overall effect. MiatriSs' accent and the ever so slightly broken language make the lyrics more, well, _lyrical,_ poetic and interesting. This combines with that great instrumentation, that sounds like a mix of very digital instruments like an electric piano, with a kind of celesta or music box sound, and the music video's macabre and surreal animation, completing this creepy Tim Burton-esque FNaF-flavored musical fever dream, and I _cannot get enough of it._ So well done.

One of my favorite songs from Miatriss is "The Hunt" (a theme for springtrap) and the broken english there works flawlessly, as if william's mind is so broken he can't even speak properly anymore.

5 years later and this song is still magical; the improper English just adds to it and makes it so much more mystical and enchanting :D

I love this song. The animation is great, especially during the shadow puppet-like section, the singing is amazing, the vocals are clear and I could picture Baby singing this to an unfortunate member of the night staff, and the lyrics are great and give you just the right details to picture it for yourself. Also, somehow the broken English doesn't detract from the song, and occasionally adds to the atmosphere. Well done, and 10/10.

You know, the nice thing about music is that the grammar mistakes and weird word choice don't sound too out of place... The song still sounds good. I still understand what the lyrics are implying. The singing still sounds good (even if I can tell if someone struggled to pronounce a word). Sometimes, the Russian accent actually improves the song's rhythm. A good example is Not The End by Say. Maxwell- I couldn't imagine that song any other way. I couldn't imagine *this* song being sung another way either. I'd argue some songs by English-speaking people are actually harder to understand because I might not understand a metaphor or something that they did. - Though I tend to prefer the Russian covers of the songs Mia and Say and other Russian musicians make, I think it's only because Russian in and of itself is a wonderful language. It also helps that the singers actually sound like they fully understand what they're saying. The English versions always stick with me more though. I think it's because the English words- even if they don't always sound right- actually have meaning to me; I've experienced them before. But the Russian words... even if they sound wonderful, I don't really have an emotional reaction to them. As far as the emotional side of my brain is concerned, singing in another language is nothing more than beautiful gibberish. - The nice thing about not being able to remember the words to the Russian versions is that I never get sick of them. In the English versions, I'll get sick of them because I've already memorized all the words. But in the Russian versions... it seems like every time I listen to them, I always pick up on small things, like little interesting inflections that sound really awesome. - Basically, what I'm saying is that even though such mistakes would bother me if I were speaking to the singer normally, in the case of a song, I find it actually makes it more memorable. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have liked this song nearly as much if Miatriss were American/Canadian. For example, one line of this song hit me really hard... *"Why am I?"* I loved the way she said "I"! It sounded really interesting. And, "Why am I" is such a nonexistent phrase in English that for some reason it hit my heart way harder than another question like "Why'd this happen?" or "Why like this?" ever could've!

Y'know, this appeared in my Spotify recommend and basically reminded me of when I was younger and going through the FNAF thing with everyone else I just realized the whole thing about the lyrics and honestly the thought just never came to my mind, instead to me the lyrics just sounded so natural and fitting to the song. It's pretty damn good.

To be honest, I actually like the fact your english is bad! it adds a layer of poem to the song in my opinion, i mean an american wouldnt have come up with "Landed in a trap and falling nether", one of my favorite lines!

I'm not entirely sure if I'm just misunderstanding the art, but if the guy with the apple and the lollipop was supposed to be the purple guy, baby wasn't killed by the purple guy. I think what she is going off of here is that baby may have been possessed by someone ells when she killed PGs daughter. That may also be why baby remembers when she killed/captured her so fondly, and also note how she said she couldn't do anything as she killed/captured her. She was already possessed to begin with. Or at least that's what I think this cannon is going off at.

My god you have a great singing voice! It has a type of child/doll like sound to it which fits the sister location game perfectly. As I also have English as my second language I can understand how spelling and stuff can be hard, but just practice and you'll be fluent in no time! Great song and video!!!
