You said you have to pronounce every word but in reality thats the case in GERMAN. They pronounce every word perfectly. The chopping to the beat you are referring to is achievable because our language is build with many consonants like T, S, K and so on which allows us to pronounce shorter parts of the words without it being unclear :P in English they often leave out the endings of words like "I don giv a Fu"

4:32 I thought about this too sometimes, funny you mention this. I think the german language offers a lot more "hard" sounds in the language that kinda act like a percussion, allowing you to really make rythms with your flow which might not work in English like that.
