Thanks for watching . Yes I believe their goal is to be better than Brickell. Although only a few stores are open to business. They plan on having a lot more upscale stores and restaurants opening. Including savage X Fenty.

My wish is that eventually Downtown will pull enough people out of Brickell to ease the congestion. Maybe in about 5 years or so

Doesn't hurt to hope. But yes I know exactly what u mean. But Brickell is more pedestrian friendly

I really hope they live that open square and not put any Apple building..

Unfortunately I don't know if the stores that reserved their spots are listed anywhere. But I do know supposedly Rihanna's savage X Fenty store will be there.

Apple just announced a new Store in Downtown. Date of launch is unknown

Not sure if that's a good thing or not, there's already an Apple store a few blocks away in Brickell city centre. Or is that Apple store just relocating to a cheaper site in downtown Miami?

Not much has changed at Miami world Center. Other than a couple of restaurants have opened. There are a couple of stores, but the whole place still looks like a ghost town. No one is going to those stores.

Yes, sadly. That's one of the reasons I film it. Just hoping it would one day be lively and stores open here and there. That's why I have so many videos of that location from through out the year. To record the changes
