If you have a full time job right now I suggest saving 6 months worth. It’s not easy paying for all the fees. I wish someone would’ve told me this before taking the test. Best of luck!!

I’m getting ready to make a career change(eek…I’m nervous)…I’ve been a nurse for 21 years and I’ll be starting Real Estate school next Monday ✌️. I love your videos, they have helped me soo much. I actually found you because of my girl crush on Tiffany(hehehe 😂). You ROCK!

Does it matter what you drive as a real estate agent? And do you meet the buyer at the first home and then you drive them around to all the properties you will be showing them or can you make a video on that process ? And safety precautions?? I don’t know if I am over thinking it 😅 I am thinking of getting into this industry ,but i don’t have the best car ! I have 2009 Chevy Malibu 😅 I am young but I think i Can afford a new car, can you touch base on this topic ? Please and thank you and just want to say thank you as well because you are such an inspiration!💗😊

I was scared too As a woman in this industry it can be scary . You definitely don’t need to drive the buyers anywhere nor will anyone suggest you need to. Most agents have a safety precaution like a taser lol
