Wonderful way to spend the afternoon. So glad I decided to watch this on the big screen instead of my phone or laptop. This place is so gorgeous! The realtor with the darker hair reminds me of Barbara Eden when she smiles. That guy was so nice to take you all into his place and show you around. This was one of the best

That was actually filmed at a Condo building further south in a neighborhood of Miami called Coconut Grove.

Very much a Vegas vibe. Every time I see this kind of luxury I think of Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon saying “ Homes of the rich and shameless lol . Who lives in these places? Not for me. To high up and so medical looking. I like a cozy feel. Something this has none of.

E gads! Never be jealous. Why? It means you are lacking and can’t have what your jealous of. And like you said Ak the Lamborghini gets too much attention and much of that attention is jealousy and that’s just a negative emotion that just isn’t your your style Ak. The place you live in is probably nicer than that place. But it’s hard not to be judgmental isn’t it. To accept the ways of rich people and not look down on them. That’s the key to happiness is to accept everyone, stay away from the dangerous types and places and just walk in acceptance and even love for all people. Love some from afar and others as close as is appropriate🙂

It's perfect for someone who likes this type of living, I'm sure someone will snatch it up. I'm sure they have homes within the nice suburbs with a yard, pool, garage, safe on the ground, nice large kitchens, and more as well.

$999,000 not bad actually. Beautiful. Great views. Toilet has built-in bidet? Just curious. Nice bedrooms. No lawn to mow. But what about yearly maintenance fees? Those women are high maintenance.

LOL! I was raised in the outback of South Australia but maybe now I'm high maintenance? You could be right! No bidet as it's not a smart toilet like the ones at the top of the Toto range but you can easily switch that out. Agreed the price is very reasonable in light of the square footage, location, amenities and rental returns. This part of Miami (known as Museum Park) has actually seen the highest rate of appreciation over the last 2 years.

wow all of those pools and palm trees is awesome. Just think what this place will be like in a few years when they finish building the other sections. Vegas vibe without the slot machines. Good investment as well. A basic random small house in the bay area runs you well north of seven figures. Everything is relavant.

Thanks for the tour of the Bldg…. If I had a choice I’d choose your condo as you have a much better view without bldgs blocking your view. Don’t know if your floor plan is smaller but the view is everything. Nice to see this Bldg tour. 💜

Wow very impressive. Somethings were over the top nice and some weren't. But I would definitely make it a top contender. I do think they could do better with the color of the walls, I am not a fan of white walls. That is one of the weren't things I wasn't I wasn't impressed with. AK I think your Miami content is going to make a big bang for you. I'm loving it so far, even though I'm a NY'er living in Southern California. Lol Take care, be well and stay safe. Peace ✌🏽

Thank you for that experience, the 2brm was fantastic, my main concern was if the carpark at street level ever gets developed then that view corridor will be lost, for $1m i would like to know the annual building tax! the apt with the huge deck gets my pick, thnx again

This was such a fun tour! I love watching apartment tours. Those kitchens are to die for 😍 The views sure aren't bad, either. I went online and looked at some of the layouts and they're pretty great. This compared to what the same amount would get you in NYC is just SO different! After leaving NY I've been able to live in buildings I never could have afforded back east and this feels pretty similar -- you get so much more space, updated everything, and a gorgeous view! If I had that kind of money and lived in Miami, I'd probably live there too!

Very nice units (and guides). I lived in the Miami area in 1984-85 during the early Miami Vice Era when I was stationed at Homestead AFB, it really has evolved, and every time I go down there (about 2 years in between), I marvel at it's latest growth. I live in Brevard Co now, about 120 miles north on I95 and its still a relative small town feel (a paltry 600,000 here) but you can already tell it will be where the Orlando and Miami metros converge. The Brightline train will make a stop here in Cocoa before it swerves west and that will help.

@@NinaMillman yep, I live in Viera, the new county seat, which is absolutely booming. Property values have doubled in the past 5 years with no end in sight. Brevard has the 3rd largest cruise port in the world (incl the Disney ships), Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral Space Force Station, Patrick Space Force Base, Playalinda Beach, the Indian River Lagoon (most bio-diverse area in North America) and a huge corporate aerospace presence. The secret is out!

I would love if you did some viewings of homes for sale in the Miami area.

Are the windows high impact to protect against hurricanes?

Yes! All of the buildings built after 2002 have hurricane impact windows by the City of Miami Building Code. We are very safe and condo living is not disrupted by hurricanes as each building comes equipped with a standalone generator as well.
