Miami Police Homeless Outreach Cold Weather

On cold nights, the City of Miami Homeless Outreach Program and the Miami Police Department provide emergency services to the homeless. On Saturday night we visited folks sleeping on sidewalks, under overpasses and under bridges to offer them a bed at the shelter. Some accepted our offer, but others chose to remain where they were.     +Miami Police Department the one thing I don't like is people like the guy in minute 1:24.. Hes 30 years old, very young age in giving up hopes. I respect everyone's life decisions but their are some people that are just lazy & expect others to care for them. Love your video vlogs bro, keep up the good work.
