Dragonflies have been said to be our loved ones from heaven. My mom believes it with all her heart and we have many decorative ones around our house for those who have passed. So that one was definitely a good omen :)

Hey girl.. I went to Aruba with one of my cannon cameras and the fog thing was happening to me as well.. for future reference if it happens again just set it outside for a couple hours so it can adapt to the humidity ☺️ hope it helps!

Dreams are absolutely a way for loved ones to come back to us. I believe that 100% and have experienced it myself! The dreams feel so real, and it’s because they know you need another look at them or a hug 😊

Hey gretchen, after I lost my dad I had a lot of dreams about him too - almost 10 years later I still do even though I was only 7 when I lost him. It definitely does get easier to deal with, I've learned so many ways of coping and still am every day. At major events especially (like high school graduation next month) it will hit me hard but he's always with you. Love you

I lost my mom at 7 years old and I’m almost 20 now. I don’t remember what my grief was like when I was younger, I think I blocked most of it out or was too young to understand a lot of it but this year has been the hardest year for me (that I know) out of all 13 years. It gets better and it doesn’t but there is also so much I am thankful for, just wish my mom was here to see it

my dad passed in September and i struggled figuring out how to go through grief. I still am. But I found a good therapist and it does help to talk to someone
