From the vault - We catch up with Soca Legend Kevin Lyttle backstage at Miami Carnival 2019.
Kevin Lyttle shares about his lifetime achievement award from the International Soca Awards earlier that week, his love for creating music and traveling all over the work to deliver docs to the masses. Kevin Lyttle is one of the few Caribbean music artistes to cross over into the U.S. Mainstream Top 40 with hit "Turn Me On" on Atlantic records, reaching number 4. His single also soared to number 1 on the dance chart, number 5 on Rhythmic Top 40 and only reaching 20 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart, according to Billboard.
