Miami Beach from Miami International Airport via Public Transportation for $2.25 - Raw & Unedited

Ойын-сауық

The South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach is one of the most popular destinations in South Florida. In this video, I show how it is possible to get there with public transportation from the airport. This involves taking the MIA Mover to the 150 Flyer Express Bus. Only take this method if you have time to spare, because if you miss the bus timing, you can be waiting for quite a while.

Thank you for filming this !!!!!!!!!! I work at the airport and we get asked this question a lot especially from Europeans and South Americans, I really hope it can be fester but public transportation in Miami needs a lot of improvement !!!!!! You need to be patient as Action Kid !!!!!!!!!! Probably will travel to NYC soon and will use your videos as Guides !!!!!! I’ve taken that bus many times and never had to wait that long. It’s possible the critical shortage of bus drivers may have caused one bus run to be canceled thus causing the long delay. Did you notice the “drivers wanted” digital sign on the bus?

Although they do need a bigger and better designed bus for luggage and passengers together. Overall for $2.25 it can be done, thanks for your time Kenneth this video is very useful 👍 for traveller's going to Miami. Great work.

Tri Rail only goes up to West Palm Beach. Northern terminus is Magnolia Park Station, next stop, north of downtown West Palm Beach. To go to the northern part of the state (Jacksonville) one would have to transfer to Amtrak from Tri-Rail at the Metrorail Transfer Station at the third stop up from the airport or at Ft Lauderdale Station. There are flights with American Airlines or American Eagle up to the northern part of the state from MIA.

The 150 normally runs every 20 minutes all day so it looks like you got bitten by bad luck with a missing interval. In years past, the 150 had some dedicated buses with luggage racks, but that's fallen by the wayside lately as none of the newer equipment has been fitted with them. It's a nice ride, though.

Every city, including Miami, has bus information that you call or you can look up on their app or their website to find out what time a bus would come. So I can't understand why you would sit out in the heat wondering what time the bus would come when you could have spent that time in the air-conditioned airport until a few minutes before the bus scheduled arrival. Just like you check flight schedules before booking a flight you do the same for buses or trains.

Get either the 836 express to downtown, then get the 100, or get the 338 express to the airport station, and then this one AK got (the 150)

it's not a train, it's a bus, it normally takes around 20min from the airport to the first stop, but depends on traffic

I dont see any problem here. Yes u waited very long for the bus but this price is awesome. Not everyone has the money to take Uber or something. I would always recommend the cheaper way.

The moving sidewalk being broken and the escalator both being broken are failures of the City of Miami, they own the airport and they are tasked with keeping them working, the bus is supposed to arrive every 20 minutes. Does MIami have an app to track its buses like Atlanta does?

52:52 there's no need to be that rude, the person was only trying to help seeing that the women couldn't put her luggage on place. I would feel very bad after the rude answer the women gave to someone who were just trying to help her.

Good content, but why oh why have a bus to the airport with no luggage racks or storage, the vast majority of people who use airports have luggage !!!🤔

It’s always great to learn more about the Miami airport transportation , $2,25 is great price but the waiting time and frustation won’t compensate it , that it takes so much time 🤔Saving money is not always worth a while but still , thank you for sharing this video and for your patience A K 🙂👍!!!

Nothing works in Murikaaaaaa. Came back from a vacation from the Caribbean, the plane was stuck on the tarmac. Toilet on plane was at capacity. To add insult to injury, once we got off, the only toilets at the airport, immediately after the gang walk, were out of order. Some children & adults had "accidents" in their pants. Don't come to the US people. It's very bad here...🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️

Public transportation is ridiculous in the us. They just don’t prioritize it like they do the cars. Which makes driving both dangerous and time consuming because of the traffic in cars! How hard is it to add more busses to the routes! 30 minutes is really bad between next 🚎 that comes along.
