I just ordered this mi vacuum cleaner mopper robot 🤖, very excited about this product ❤

Have been using since 10 months, it's excellent man invention I can say, it does work very sincerely.vaccuma is 100 affective, mopping is okay, you need do mop manually weekly once else lot of dirt patches keep on forming .Only issue is when we have many furniture items in the floor , it takes lot of time to roam around legs of furniture and battery's drains out very fast.so it's better to remove all furniture before clean.i would recommend this device.now it's costs 20000 only

I got this vacuum in 22k. For me, it is very useful and convenient. It is easy for me to operate it with mi app. But I will suggest to go for a vacuum with remote control if you are buying it for parent's. And yes mopping is not that great.

I too had buy this product but i am getting one weird problem. As you know water from water tank come from just that two holes.. so my mope is just getting wet just from both side.... not the whole mop... so just sides is getting mope.. what can i do ?

I have purchased Mi.Robo vaccume cleaner in December 2021. Now I am facing some software issues in robot vacuum mop. P it is forgetting to clean ,it is only making border line and going back to charge. And so many issues. It is not even mopping in y pattern. And so many issues in mopping. I have to keep on watching the robot if it is cleaning or not. I have complained to customer care but still my problem is not resolved

@@JuanDavilaR no, not yet . Customer service is not responding. From last 3 months I have registered 3 complaints. But they are sending a person to check the problem, who doesn't have the knowledge of the robot

A small doubt, there are two air vents at the back of the robot mop, does air come out of both of them? Or comes with only one. Can any one check and tell me?

You can keep it on charged all the time so it is always ready to use. It is designed that way.

It dint survive its warranty period of one year, and now the customers care is not responding, its been a week with their last visit. Disappointed with durability and customer care service. It should have lasted atleast its warranty period. Proves that its a true Chinese product. It also takes time to set up. Complicated to gauge the map. Gets stuck and sometimes gets confused of directions as well.

We are based in Navi Mumbai The product is good, but after being purchased in 15 days we had problem approached service centre very worst service. . No one answer the call. Don't buy this product. Very lethargic attitude. If the product is good what is the use. Service is most important.

It will pick all the hair, if the hair are long it might get tangled in the bottom brush roller, that needs to be cleaned then.

We have a 7 month golden retriever too. The hair gets tangled in the brush roller and even in the middle wheel but it is extremely helpful during the times my golden goes through hair shedding season else the whole house would have filled with hair if we didnt have this. It is helpful but you have to keep cleaning the hair after every use.

No, it wont clean the corners.

The vacuum is great if you use it in manual as both a vaccume and a mob. but the app is absolutely rubbish and the vacuum will anywhere but where you tell it get lost then return to the charger Has anyone found a app that will actually control this unit

Spare parts are available on amazon. After sales can't tell as we did not face any issue, but it has 1 year of warranty.

@@Abhishek-kt7tk Technically it depends on usage but you can expect around 1-2 years for the replacement. Usually they provide 1 extra pair for these replacement parts in the box.
