免油炸南乳芝麻蛋散 Red bean curd with sesame egg twists
更正:材料中的清水只有30ml, 影片中的份量請按下面的材料欄去做。
蛋散也可用烤箱烤的,少一點油膩,多一點鬆脆,賀年必食佳品。
材料 Ingredients:
低筋麵粉 Cake flour 130克
泡打粉 Baking powder 1/4茶匙/ tsp
梳打粉 Baking soda 1/4 茶匙/ tsp
五香粉 Five spices powder 1/8 茶匙/ tsp
南乳 Red bean curd 10克/ g + 清水 1 茶匙/ tsp(拌勻)
幼鹽 Salt 1/2 茶匙/ tsp
砂糖 Sugar 1/2 茶匙/ tsp
黑芝麻 Black sesame 2茶匙/ tsp
菜油 Vegetable oil 10克/ g
雞蛋 Egg 1隻
清水 30毫升/ ml

    Hi Alice, I would like to confirm regarding the flour you are using. Is it bread flour or cake flour? Which is the correct one? In the video you listed as bread flour but in the description below it is stated as cake flour. Pls respond. Tk u!

    不好意思!我翻看影片,我大概只是用了30ml的水,應該是打錯字!原本用油炸的食譜是不會加水的,因用焗爐焗才要加水!對不起啊!🙇🏻‍♀️
