Better support for 3rd party apps like Strava Reasons for Honor 6 over Mi 6: 1. Rectangular design is more practical than Pill type 2. @@parthshady5981 The Miband. I'm quite happy with it actually and it was only 30 euros so half the price of the other. Battery lasts a long time even with constant heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring etc turned on. The only thing which I don't get is the Miband has loads of types of sport in its workout mode...but nothing for Bodybuilding, which is one of the most popular sports. I have to use "indoor fitness" but for me, would be nice to have more useful sports modes such as CrossFit, weight training or even yoga. Oh...and the stroke recognition while swimming doesn't work at all! Apart from these problems tracking sports I do, I'm very happy with the Miband 👍

Which one has bp monitoring? How's the accuracy?

I do have a complaint about the huawei health app: it takes way to long too synchronize the data every morning. On my Xiaomi Mi a2 lite it takes 5 minutes, on my Poco F3 1 minute which still is too long. On the Mi band app it only takes seconds.

Which phone are you pairing it with? Is not huawei/honor or iPhone then are you able to see outdoor cycling?

Good review, I enjoyed it. Wanted to add one additional point for the viewers - As of the date of this comment, the Huawei Health App does not sync with Google Fit. The data sharing option is there, but the moment you try it you get a notification saying that the App has been blocked by Google. So if integration with Google Fit is important to you, then Mi Band 6 is the right choice since it integrates seamlessly with Google Fit. P.S. - Oneplus Health app has the same problem.

I opted for Honor band 6 for 2 reasons. 1. Honor band 6 is more accurate in heart rate, SpO2 and sleep detection as per "The Quantified Scientist" channel and I trust his scientific analysis. 2. Display is bigger than usual fitness trackers and smaller than the smartwatches. I find it more useful than the tall narrower screen in the Mi Band 6. Of course, it's subjective but it's a matter of half an inch for smaller wrists. It gives an extra 2 square cm area without much fuss. Honestly, 1st point can be improved in the Mi band 6 through firmware updates (maybe, in future) but the second point is subjective and important to me. IMO, the best choice is Huwaei band 6 which has continuous SpO2 measurement unlike these two. So, if you can spend better go for it.

@@alundrasrt no, it cannot control a camera remotely. About that 2nd feature, you can set the limit in app and it will notify you if your resting heart rate is above that limit for 10 minutes.

@@prabeshkhati3194 yes, last month's update gave the continuous spo2 which calculates once in every 30min and alerts you if it is less than a configured value. They say sleep quality calculation usually gets better with continuous spo2 but I cannot verify it, though.

I think you mossed the point about a fitness band. It should only have a screen to show essential information. It should be light as possible and indistinguishable. This is where the mi band 6 shines. I’d prefer a lighter band with a curvy screen so it’s more like a bangle. Let’s see in the future.
