I decided to sit down at a Kush EDI and burn a bunch of potions to try to get better. The results were disappointing as I could have hoped for, where a lot of the kills on me feel like unavoidable RNG. That, or I just am stupid and need to get better. Hopefully this video can help. This was my third session of attempts, but this one includes 10 total attempts. The armor build is too small to see in the video, so here it is: imgur.com/OGtgCdb

Solid runs! For the unavoidable attacks I make it a point to try to perfect evade to the left or right when he jumps like that, but often due to lag the action doesn't register and I'm KO'ed; Glad to see struggles makes Rabies and I not feel alone with this BS lol

@@SolanumX Thanks so much for the thoughts! Everyone has given that same feedback, but I don't know if I'll have the DPS to do it if I'm not in the sky. The build requires Skyward Strike 5 (I'm only at 3 right now) and so with staying down, more, I'm not sure if it'll be enough. That said, I am going to start doing it because this clearly doesn't work
Hmmm i noticed in the video, the 2 attempts which you attributed it being on you, i get the same thing happen to me sometimes where i wait for the attack in order to back hop (holding down guard) but then my character releases guard and doesn't perform the action, resulting in getting hit. I HATE when this happens 😢 Is it due to the fact that when being locked on, your character will turn towards that targeted part if the monster moves, hence the "back" angle relative to your character switches and makes it so the input doesn't register?

Thanks for checking out the vid and your thoughts! I genuinely don't know, but it does seem to be like the input didn't register, that's for sure!
