dust is the fan name for murder!sans as it was mistranslated into dust from another language but the Author said if people wanted to call him Dust!sans that was ok so when you see Murder!sans or Dust!sans they are the same person TLDR: Murder! sans = Dust! sans it was just poorly translated but it's fine to call him either or both.
