I don’t ship it and morally it’s wrong but in many states and countries such as Japan it isn’t illegal. In Japan the age of consent was 13 but they only recently changed it to 16. That explains why Horikoshi created that one Manga cover of Hakagure and legally got away with it in Japan. Also currently in the manga Toga is now 18 as she’s a year older than 1A, but the ship is still weird. Edited for spelling errors and better formatting.
