best tape from the whole game for those who don't know - you can find it in the third location(jungle, you fight with eli there in mission 51), on the beach there's outpost that's packed with enemies(you can melt through them with rocket arm) tape is in the small building there, on the table.

For those wondering why people don't think this is in the game, it's because you have to do work in Ground Zeroes to make the tape show up in Phantom Pain. You have to 100% GZ, then you have to find the phantom guard (this involves figuring out when he appears and disappears from the map, it's a set pattern unlike many of the other disappearing guards) in each mission (except Deja and Jamais) and extract him each time. Then you bring that data over to Phantom Pain, get your main base built up all the way like usual. Then you have to start figuring out which times of day he'll appear at which platform (you may recognize his name from Peace Walker, so I don't want to spoil that) and interrogate him thoroughly at each spot. Put together the clues he gives you and you'll have your tape in no time.

For the people who can't find this music in the game. It's first seen on the first mission on Act 3 on the outhouse at the edge of the map.

That was one of the BEST edits I’ve ever seen.
