Best band in the newest wave of BM, imho. Completely awesome and breathtaking. Darkside makes a superb work in his kit, his dexterity with the cymbals is quite unique. The band's lyrics are also a peculiar and marvelous point, mixing a mature nihilism with some metaphoric narrative "backgrounded" with Greek (and other) Mythology(ies). Monolithic riffs by mister M. complete the astonishing opus of these crazy Poles. Long Life Mgła!

Me too. I just discovered them 2 days ago and I'm already addicted and obsessed.

Saw them in Stockholm and had the opportunity to meet them because I ended up with a backstage pass. Amazing dudes. Best gig I've ever seen.

I don't go to many shows anymore, but I would definitely go watch these guys. I'm hooked on those riffs!

This has to be one of the best BM bands to see live. Sound just as killer live as on the albums.

I remember when i found mldoshi and groza on youtube by coincident and the future of mgla looked dark. I was convinced that this band is past. Years later i wanted some mgla music for a 12 hour roadtrip and was confused that there was an album that i don't know. It was a new one and it was how i found out that they exist again and play live and release stuff. I was a happy man and i still am, this band has lost nothing they just remained extraordinarily awesome. One of the best black metal bands ever.

you are no real fan of mgla or you would never turned your back on them or lost touch thinking they were gone!!! they have been around 11 years!!!!! and counting!!! they crush most bm bands even the live shows! they play in leather jackets with hot hoodies on plus cover faces shit they are warriors!!! bands like midnight and other's wanna be just like them with the reaper covered faces too, like hooded menace...seen a few band now trying to be like mgla playing in leather, hoodies and masks midnight is ok, but this band has been playing 11 years non stop, many other bands i worship since 1989 are CRUSHED by this mighty band!

Amazing performance. I just discovered this band and can't get enough. Groza album is great and Exercises in Futility is a work of art. Came across this while listening to Jesu Død which led me to Rotting Christ and then this. Glad I fell in this rabbit hole of darkness...

Real men don't cover its face in front a Metal audience. And don't try argue about 90s corpsepaint bc that was roughly influenced by shock rock of Mercyful Fate, Kiss and Alice Cooper.
