As a fan for over ten years, I heard him talk so much about his relationship with his dad/family in interviews and songs.... it’s heart breaking that his father died right when they started to build their relationship back up again. This was a beautiful performance, I cried with him. XX

Yeah, haters and new fans unfortunately don't understand the complete storyline about his dad and aunt that has been going on throughout his career.. From Swing Life Sway --- Gone --- Story of the Stairs --- Death in my Pocket --- Lonely. The complete mess that Lonely puts you in when you have followed him from way back.... :( It's hella sad, but incredibly beautiful..

Also been listening for about 7 years, it’s been hard to see him go through all that, but it’s been amazing to watch him grow as an artist though the pain, I mean even Hotel Diablo was so raw and emotional.

I also am a longtime fan. My fiance and I have gone through his turmoils with him. The shit hes gone through to still come out in the end, you bet your ass his DAD and AUNT are both proud of him. Shame it happened too late for their relationship's sake. We are all privledged to know his WHOLE STORY that he's chosen to share with the world.

Yeah, the sign of a true artist is being able to tap into those emotions that better serve the art. He's basically doing what actors do. I've worked with some experienced actors in the past, who before a heavy scene, will plug in the headphones, sit in a closet, and listen to music that conjures the proper emotions for the given scene.

Or if I just wasn't in the mood. 30 seconds to this recording I'm tearing up, you could see the pain in his eyes. tbh this song is relatible when you have people in your life that have mentally checked out for years.

Your openness about your struggles with heroin helped me to get off it. "Tie it up, stick that shit up in my skin, overdose on your love so i cant have it again". I had 6 overdoses in 11 monhts, and hearing that song for the first time right after quitting rehab again. Litterally as i was pulling the needle out of my arm after finishing my shot, i got the gnarliest chills. Goosebumps all over my body and all my hair stood on end. You put into words what i couldnt, but wanted to so bad. Speaking to your addiction and more specifically heroin itself, like an abusive girlfriend that you can't get away from. Just stuck in a viscous cycle that becomes your identity and so much a part of your being. Honestly, it was the perfect way to articulate the struggle, and the near impossibility of getting clean from that shit. I thought i was going to die a god damn junky. I had accepted that as my reality. I accepted that my life would be a short and sad one. Then i heard that song and looked into your story and who you were. I was in total shock. Now I am just about to reach my 3 year mark since the last time i shot up heroin. Your story really helped me to achieve that. You have no idea how huge that is. Truly! Thank you, man! And I'm genuinely sorry about your father.

What a genuinely goodhearted guy that really cares about his fans... He speaks the absolute TRUTH in his songs. Been a hardcore fan since day one. He has made such a ridiculous impact on me & my family.... Hope to meet him again one day-- when I'm not fucked up... SOBER. Shoutout to anyone reading this and missing someone. You're never alone . We are united and one in our grief. Just take a leap of faith watch for the little signs your loved ones are sending you like a beautiful morning sunrise, a butterfly that fluttered by waving hello, a gentle snowflake falling that dances through the air and lands on the tip of your nose like a morning kiss. You will soon realize your loved ones are always with you and be with you in everything you see and do.

@@eileen7505 everyone one of those things described happened to me . The first time I understood the universe is a crazy beautiful place here is the story. It was the spring or fall of 2013. It might have even been early to mid 2014. It was a Friday afternoon around 2pm. I lost my mom Feb 2013 not sure if imentioned that. Anyhow I walked to the back of our shop and the tears started to roll down my cheeks. All I could think of was how I missed my mom ...how I didn't want to spend another weekend alone. How I wanted to kick my douche bag boss in the balls for talking to me like I'm a 5 year old child. Anyway the tears are rolling down my cheeks but I'm alone so I figure maybe a breath of fresh air is all I need. And as I open the bay door this beautiful giant monarch butterfly circles my head. I don't immediately notice it so it circles me one more time and almost crashes into me. I could almost feel my mom with me and felt instantly better. It was that moment I Knew everything would be OK 🙏❤

Ah he didn't shake Em at all, Killshot was not needed. Rap devil was a response to Not Alike, I give props to MGK to even attempt to respond to that song. I like both but rap wise and diss songs they are incomparable. Killshot was a tame response the just cleaned off all the weird "disses" in Rap Devil. MGK is a good artist and relatable, but he knew there was no chance with that beef. Even in rap devil he calls Em the best multiple times... Strange how people still talk and try to make shit up how this odd beef went. Only rapper that probably ever "shook" Eminem was Cannibus...
