Dear MGI and MGI fans, I am Vietnamese and I am just a normal audience (not beauty fan) but everything happened regarding MGI 2022 is so crazy that I must write this message. Until now, Vietnam is still not a country that "crazily" support beauty pageants. The community of beauty fan is still small and insignicant. The evidence for this was the MGI 2021, Vietnamese audience in general rarely discuss or pay too much attention about the competition even when Queen Tien was crowned. Only until few months later, we clearly saw her efforts in making the pageant more meaningful and popular at many countries so that many people stated supporting MGI. We watched the competition and still supported all beautiful girls and appreciated strong contestants, that's why even when our contestant were not in top 10, we still continued watching the show to support the others. Especially, we really love and appreciate the winner from Brazil (she's is so great). Therefore, stop saying that what make Vietnamese audience to unfollow MGI was because our contestant disappearing in top 10. Because we are not crazily into these beauty pageants, we are dare to raise voice for problems. This time, not only Vietnamese beauty and but normal audience like me must raise voice. Let's I tell you why: We used to believe that MGI was great because it provided oppotunities for beautiful girls to explore and demonstrate the inside energy and power. Maybe that is our fault when we believe too much on the pageant. In MGI 2022, lots of Vietnamese audiences pay attention to the competition with the belief and good impression like that. And now, see what happen: 1. You use the terms "Country's power" to demand fans around the world to vote, thereby increasing the followers for you. Ok we understand that, despite feeling uncomfortable and tired after to many rounds and demanding requirements, we still do it to support our contestants and country's power (not MGI) => Vietnam won this vote so our contestant automatically won top 20 and then Mr.Nawat said that the result of Thien An in top 20 was because of him. It was the same with the way you treated us in the National Custome award, you required a lot and then announced 4 winners. We don't care about the prize but it would be the problem if our country's efforts were disrespected. => Remember Vietnam is not a country of beauty pageants but we are well known for our national pride, so don't make use of it for your personal purposes and then decline our efforts. If you need suport, the first thing you must have is the respect to others. 2. You tried to say a lot of negative things about our contestant just to explain that you are fair. However, the top 10 position was not a big concern for us if there were strong contestants there without some confusing ones. I believe that fans around the world have good eyes and ears to really see which contestants are strong. In Vietnam, we know clearly the limitations of Vietnam's contestant but we also see her strengths, so STOP MAKING A LOT OF CRAZY EXCUSES TO BLAME HER ANYMORE. You used to communicate that Vietnamese beauty queens are beautiful but having weak English skill. This year, you failed to satisfy these standards while trying to blame our queen with body and quality! With your angry state, let's see what you negatively talked about our queen: quality, 0 mark for interview, no queen's aura.... STOP DOING THAT WITH A GIRL OR EVEN OTHER PEOPLE. STOP LOOKING AT THEM WITH THE EYES OF "GOD" AND STOP UTILIZING THEM LIKE A MEDIA TOOL! 3. The most problem that make I get crazy about MGI this year could be shortened in the term: Miss War International, just because everthing MGI did on social media has been directly or indirectly creating conflicts between contestants, fans of different countries, with MU and even more. Whereas, your media crisis management is so bad, you and someone else act like victims and blame Vietnam to "bully" you......... One thing I want to answer for the interview question for top 5: Peace can only be obtained when people use positive words and take helpful action to manage and suport the situation, instead of using negative words to criticize, blame any certain party or make funs about it! 4. Body shamming 🙂 No word to discuss about this. Last point is to MGI fans, if you really love the vision and value of MGI like us before, I don't think that we should allow someone to damage its core value and reputation just because his own benefit. Also, I don't understand why there are still a lot of fans supporting this pageant (in particularly Mr.Nawat) even when he didn't respect you, your country, and especially your idols when he used them as media tools without feeling regretful about that. We are so disappointed when a meaningful pageant like MGI 2021 can be ruined like that. NOTE: I'm sure that Mr.Nawat will be a good business man if he owns a just-for-profit companies, but he will never be an ethical and admirable leader of a beauty pageant, especially about peace 🙂

The panel of judges is pathetic. Lots of favoritism exists. Winners are pre-decided. Deserving candidates are ignored. Other channels are also losing followers. Grand has lost its grandeur completely.

I respectfully disagree with the results, the fact that Thailand’s 1st runner up placement made all the Thai people absolutely upset, considering the fact that we were almost there. สู้สู้นะคะอิงฟ้า ✌🏼✌🏼 and also Vietnam’s placement, I believe she was truly deserving for a spot in the final 5, Miss grand Myanmar as well, deserved better considering the fact she is Thailand’s Top 15 semi-finalist in 2021 competing for Miss Universe Thailand, recently representing Prachuap Khiri Khan in Miss Grand Thailand placing the final 20. I also feel upset that Czech Republic is not the winner, or in the final 3 because her answer was meaningful, passionate and I thought that was the best answer out of all the top 5. I think Indonesia should’ve stopped in top 10, because I believe that Indonesia’s Adelina wasn’t capable enough to answer the question in English, and as Miss Grand International you will be using English most of the time. Puerto Rico’s Oxana Rivera have a very clear answer on her free speech to putin, and i was really upset that the fact that Oxana finished in top 10. And lastly the fact that Honduras secured a spot in the top 20. I think it’s creative of her ramp and the turning, but in my opinion didn’t do as well as what I think the results should have been. I respectfully announce that I am one in the 3 million who have been unfollowed to Miss Grand International, this years production wasn’t ad grand as it was in Thailand, and the winner and results are extremely unfair. It is really unfair, as of favoritism and popularity. Hoping for 100 likes. If done, try 200 likes!

Nobody questions the winner. It's their process of selecting top 10 (they could have chosen the popular vote during top 20 instead) and the final say for the winner is Nawat!? (the judges are merely for decorations). Plus he had a lot of awards, thropies and fifth runners up. That cheapened the victory of the title holder as if it was not a coronation night but rather a graduation. Such an adsurb clout chasing peygent(Nawat accent). LOL!

Truer than true

Scoring starts since day one once they stepped into pageantry. We never know what these candidates do behind the camera but the staff and judges know. Mgi judging system is different than other pageantry, they look for inner and outer beauty and the willingness to work and be able to get along with others. They spend around 3 weeks looking for many qualities instead of just one day on stage. There are too many beautiful candidates from so many countries, and all scores add up. not all can be top 10 or queen. Mgi is just different from other pageantry.

Judged by the staffs and judges? What judges? I didn't know MGI has board of judges. Lol! Nawat himself admitted he gets to pick the winner of his pageant. It's his money, his business. Didn't MGI made it clear that whoever among the candidates topped the online votes will surely make it to the top 10? Didn't Vietnam topped the online votes? I think the Philippines didn't join the online votes because they knew it's a scam. So I'm not surprised that a lot of people call MGI the cooking show of pageants. Lol! But I have to give it to MGI for their grand stage production. I didn't watch it live though. Just from the video clips here on YT. ✌😉😊😇🤭

Y’all mad at how the president of MGI chooses the winner. They judge on everything on and behind the camera. What y’all see is not what y’all get. If he really wanted too he could’ve picked Engfa and took the crown home. The president is Thai and so is the COO, and Thailand has yet to win MGI, he’s not bias. The judges know what they are looking for, so it’s up to the Candidates to change their mind. How you be mad cause a candidate wasn’t doing enough. Every candidate had potential that doesn’t mean every candidate deserve a spot. You wouldn’t tell a designer a Gucci to change a design cause you don’t like it, so how are you going to tell the president of MGI how to do his job. Everyone did great, but y’all have to be mindful the judges are at every event even activities, the contestants are always being judge even when a judge tell them to relax. Do y’all know that at one dinner/party almost everyone of the candidates got drunk and Engfa barely had a full glass. Be mindful of what y’all say these are people too; while y’all sit at home watching and typing they are working har while thousands maybe even millions leave hateful comments about them.

This will continue as usual unless they changed the process in the selection of winners. A panel of board of judges must be selected every year of pageant from different countries to avoid confusions.

Vietnam must win for all the pageants then it is fair. All other countries must attend in order to be clappers.

When your Queen in top 1 why don’t you said unfair?

Judging is very subjective, lot of Panel of Judges are Indonesian , hope next year it will be diverse, but Miss Brazil is the real winner 🏆 no doubt

To unsubscribe MGI is the best decision to make. It’s all about money, and business, who can make profit as Nawat said in the interview, how about those small countries who excel and has the gots to win but can only bring small profit to Nawat. Therefore I can say that the title must be replaced into a money contest pageant right Nawat?

The organizers favor other countries entering the top 10. Vietnam we complain and speak out on their behalf, but Mr. nawat said Vietnam we want to have the crown. All the mistakes he wants to move back to Vietnam so people won't remember how he was biased in the so-called fair competition. Whether you delete or hide my comment. The truth remains. forever true Miss MU 2011 and MGI 2015 spoke out

There is not even time to tabulate and verify scores. Also, there is no third party accounting firm to do so. Hence, MGI judges are just for show and winners are already pre-selected. Nawat, himself, has admitted this in multiple interviews.

If Mr. Nawat , he mention , complain or comment of your beauty side seeing that is good sign for you to delvelop yourself to become better version you. Listen and think of what he comment that is true or not. All he said have video for recheck. You can check with your open heart again and again on a video clip online in Grand tv channel or wherever clip people uploaded. if he comment is true so you can restart yourself and new goal again to be a better version.
