I've experienced yeast infection due to panty liners and feminine wash. Nasira yung ph balance ko dahil every 4hrs naghuhugas ako with fem wash. When I asked my ob she said na it's not advisable to use fem wash, so what she advised was, use dove liquid soap yung white lang, coz it's mild and may moisturizer (i needed to moisturize my flower dahil super nag dry sya with itching, foul odor and burning sensation) and since it's a fungal infection na, she advised not to use pantyliners and i need to change panties more than twice. At mas advisable kung iwawash ang flower with water only. Use dove liquid soap kapag once or twice lang. Super effective nun. Right now, i am confident to walk without getting conscious kung may amoy na ba. Also, always make sure na everytime you pee and wash your flower, tutuyuin niyo sya. Do not rub the tissue, just dab it until it dries. Yun lang. #justsharing

Finally may nakita nadin ako ibang katulad ko na nag-suffer from yeast infection. Grabe sobrang stress inabot ko sa yeast infection na 'to and bacterial vaginosis. I've been struggling with this for 1 and a half year na and until now pabalik balik padin ako sa ob. I've tried a lot of antibiotics and suppositories pero reccurrent parin sya. Currently I'm drinking probiotic supplements to keep my vagina healthy and I only use fem wash during period lang and so far di pa ulit bumabalik yung symptoms ng yeast infection/bv. Also cut down your sugar intake guys including alcoholic beverages because it affects your ph balance din. I've read so many articles about this matter and eto yung mga natutunan ko.

Dami ko natotonan ung iba dian naranasan ko lalo na mahilig ako mag panty liner kaya may something na nangyare 🌻

I experienced yeast infection before.. I tried to intake yogurt everyday, plus garlic cove as a suppository to act as antibiotic. This is the best that I can suggest as a home remedies for ladies that is shy to consult a doctor about that.

Nagkayeast infection din ako before. Inadvise ng OB ko na wag muna magpantyliner at magchange na lang ng panty often. She also advised to use red cane vinegar in replacement of feminine wash para mamaintain yung acid level ng genital area. 😊

Ako nagkaroon din ng yeast infection sa flower ko... My doctor said that i have trichomonas deseas, actuall Std sya Sexually transmitted deseas na kung saan sa sex lang pwedeng makuha... But sabi ko sa doctor wala pa naman akong karanasan sa sex at wala pang nakakatalik... So chineck nila yung flower ko and then virgin pa naman pala daw hahaha then sabi naman ng doctor kung nag susuot daw ba ako ng underwear ng iba... Maaari daw na dun ko nakuha yung sakit... Yang pangangati, mabaho at may nalabas na nana yung naranasan ko don sa trichomonas.. Yung pangangati nya sobrang kati yung gusto mo kamutin hanggang loob grabe... Kaya pangalagaan natin ang flower natin

Kapag bago palang yung yeast infection mo bale ang ginagawa kasi minsan ihalo mo yung 200mL na vinegar sa isang timba na may tubig. Its acidic kaya nakaka patay sya ng mga bacteria lalo na kung may pigsa malapit sa V vinegar lang yan. The more na concentrated yung vinegar mas effective.

One of my secrets is to use Perla soap when washing my undies. Mild lang sya and hindi ako nangangati. Before ang gamit ko lang is regula laundry soap then meron akong nabasa sa fb na mas maganda pag Perla ginamit mo pang wash ng undies and naging problem ko dati yun dahil lagi akong nagkakaroon ng rashes but when I switched to Perla hindi na ko nirarashes. Kaya since nun hndi ako pwede mawalan ng Perla sa house.
