I would expect a lot better.They were raised since babies. I know everyone on youtube hates dicipline and setting boundaries but if you dont you will never be able to keep these monkeys.

You set the competition up, you can try to solve the problem you created. A mama monkey sure wouldn't handle it that was, and sure wouldn't set it up either.

I do not think I am the only person who feels: Koko gets more ugly as he ages, unlike the early days of this video documentary: when he first lost his foot. To me --- he is just a bully.

Its not bullying its just their natural behaviour which she so often subdueswith drugs and sedatives. Its amazing that this couple have got away with such abuse for over 3 years now, given that it is totally illegal

I can't blame the owner even if Koko gets abandoned. They did their best taking care of him with patience and affection. Koko's aggressiveness is just his nature that no one can control. Macaques are just never meant to be pets. They can't be domesticated

Wow, that was a masterpiece of calming two upset monkeys down! Mom achieves just with gentleness, balancing the boys. She is not angry with Koko, although he is the aggressor. Instead, she holds him and speaks to him in soothing words. The same she does with Yoko, who is upset because of the attack. Maybe one day Koko gets rid of his aggression with the help of Mom. 🤗❤️

Well shes certainly had years of practice at subduing this natural behaviour of two juvenile macaques towards each other, usually by drugging and sedating them. The aggression will only get worse as they reach adulthood, thats why she's castrated them and removed their canine teeth. This is just abuse
