    As someone who drives a 165mm GC bhako hatchback, I will never ever buy another vehicle with less than 180-190mm GC in Nepal. Jati bachaera chalaeni chuncha chuncha, pitch gareko roads are also too uneven bigreko tah kurai nagarau. The anxiety just takes the fun out of travel.

    Clearence chai kamai cha..Chudai na Chune chai haina... You will feel when there is an uphill and the road is uneven specially if the slope ratio is high (most of our uphills in ktm are uneven).... but the car is super smooth and best choice everrrr😄😄, very comfortable.... really felt sad when it touched on an uphill ride...😪😪Range anxiety bhanda ni uphill anxiety badhi hune bhaira cha for me... This is a comment from a customer and looking at the comment below im nor from MG side or BYD side.. I just fell in love with the design .... #peace

    Yo gaadi viraune khel ho, byd blade battery (world wide demanded) use garcha, yo mg 4 NMC mai cha ajhai pani. Atleast LFP diyeko vaye hunthyo. Farak aafai jaanau, najhukkiyau,.. VFM ev with long range and blade battery ko lagi byd dolphin long range lai kurau,, 50 lakh tesai audaina.

    Mg4 comfort ma LFP battery xa bro NMC is usually used in high kw vehicle….yesko high variant ma there is NMC. Also all the high priced evs in the world has NMC for better performance like Tesla X, S , Audi, Bmw….just to make you clear NMC is not bad, it is just used in performance purpose

    @@dhirenmanshrestha Hence the low cost launch. The GC of this vehicle is disaster, only people with MG connections will ask you to go for it eyes closed. The NMC batteries are known to have less charge cycle upto 1000 and you can't always charge battery to 100% right?

    @@shameshadhikari1963 NMC with good BMS easily provides 1500 charge cycles when taken care of. By taken care I mean maintaining the charge 30-80 percent most of the times. Even 1000 charge cycles for roughly 300 KMS per charge would be 3lakh KM which would then deteriorate the battery health down to 70-80% and would still be usable. 3 lakh KM is mostly the lifetime travel of most private vehicles. Also, that NMC battery of MG4 has 64kwh capacity. For the same size and similar volume, you get a much less capacity LFP battery. Even 80% of the NMC would be equivalent to 100% of LFP of same weight and volume. This also means that, after 1000 cycles, which would take roughly 15 years, the capacity of that NMC would still be equivalent to the 100% LFP. That's why long range variants and performance variants of any brand are equipped with NMC batteries.

    @@Aayush2614 that's too much of a hassle to take care of when switching to EV, I wanna charge as per the need not as per books. IF I were to put my family and choose between NMC and LFP for security fire hazards, I would choose LFP anyday. There's a reason even big guns like Tesla are moving to LFP and Solid State. Just because it has good energy density per kwh so that they can pack more cells together doesn't necessarily make it good.

    @@shameshadhikari1963 What is too much hassle? In both LFP and NMC case, the only thing you have to do is plug it in. In NMC just set the max charge to 80%, and in LFP you can choose to 100%, thats it. I agree that LFP is preferred whenever possible. It has many charge cycles, higher thermal runaway point and more affordable than NMC. But i think you are being over paranoid with NMC. There's only marginal variation in thermal runaway risk between NMC and LFP which is easily controlled by BMS and thermal management system. A car without thermal management with NMC might need to worry but there are zero cases of thermal runaway on Nissan Leaf as that's one car without thermal management. If we allow our family to be in a petrol car, then NMC shouldn't be a problem at all. Infact it is much safer than our usual smartphones and tablet batteries. If MG4 long range version had an LFP pack of 64kwh, then it would have almost no ground clearance, and less range due to the added LFP weight. Tesla Cybertruck and all performamance and long range variants of Tesla, Hyundai, Kia all of them are still in NMC and LFP is only used on the base models. So, NMC and LFP both have their own unique use case. The thing about Solid State Battery is all about closing the gaps in current battery technology, that doesn't mean current tech is bad and need to be disregard.

    All publicity stunt, we know you have some sort of ties with MG. Here's the fact for people reading my comments, Paramount Motors opened lot of LCs for this vehicle but considering 150mm GC, people didn't buy it. Now they are giving upto 2 lakhs discount on this vehicle and you know the reason why!
