Nice review! You have a cool style to how you make reviews. Just learnt about your channel through the toynewsi awards. Didn’t know a decent amount of reviewers on there that I was able to check out. Also got a new sub 👍

I had to sell mine to help with my nursing school funds. It was a total kick ass figure, maybe the epitome of a Joker action figure

Great review! It personally doesn't matter to me if it's an older figure, a newer figure or something in between; I just enjoy hearing your thoughts about it and seeing your review. I came close to buying the regular version of this one but never did pull the trigger. If not for the ridiculous after-market prices these days, I'd definitely be very tempted to treat myself to this one since it really looks cool! :D

Superb review man! Love those accessories. The paint looks dope also. Brad, I've been collecting dcucs since 2008! And I'm 40 years old and a customizer as well. Agree, a fantastic looking 1:12 scale Joker & maybe 2018 1:12 scale fig. of the year. Personally my favorite Joker is trench coat Joker from the BAS Joker Expressions Pack which retails for around $45. More fun than this version IMO. Thanks for the review.

I dig the accessories. Joker is a guy who really needs some plunder on hand.

Personally I say it depends on how much you like batman beyond the multiverse one is pretty good and more accurate but Mezco's is really fun and the rockets effects give it great posing options as well as the claw hands

@@reyking8296 fair enough and i dont know prices that well, but as far as dc tactical suit batman though its armor hinders the ab crunch a little, wonder woman i like a lot though the single jointed elbow and knees gets annoying

Hi brad, awesome review as usual! I need help... i have saved up £200 (i live in scotland so thats uk pounds. ) My favourite superhero is superman... other than ghe 30th anniversarry dark knight returns batman and sulerman.. and dcnicons superman i dont have any figures... i dont know what to spend my money on! I really want a great superman figure along with a villan to have next to him... suggestions please! And anyine else that took the time to read this! Thanks

The definitive superman figure is the mezco one 12 superman. I know that it's not entirely accurate in terms of classic likeness but when you first open it and just play around with it you'll feel like a child again. In terms of just raw bang for your buck the best DC figures from Mezco (which in turn are the best DC figures) are deathstroke(normal and px edition), batman beyond, flash and the joker. All of those are a joy to play around with and it is just incredible how much detail and effort are put into them.

FML... $400 on eBay now!!

I know right! That's why I try and get the ones I'm really wanting as soon as they come out to beat the scalpers and resellers.

Why do you review a newer release figure that is no longer available through Mezco/Retail? This should have been reviewed months ago. Are you trying to push the secondary market?

Rhog Shaman No. I review old and new figures alike. It’s not about market but about a celebration of DC figures. I don’t just review new releases. If you go back in the video history of my channel you’ll see I even review DC Direct stuff. My reviews are not about generating sales for anybody, current or secondary market.

@@BradTheDCUniverseGeek Thanks for the reply. Your timing is way off on this one, and it's hard to believe it is a coincidence. Reviewing old figures is one thing, but it's very fishy that you chose to review this newer Joker when it's sold out. The only way to get one is to pony up more than double the already stiff suggested retail price of $90. This video makes you part of the problem with expensive figures rather than a solution.
