Which brock Lesnar figure is it?which line? And does that spacer fit inside cables boot with just glue?

It's the Mattel elite one with a screaming face. Yes all you need is super glue. Someone in the Facebook group found some rubber washers that do the same thing for about 2 bucks, I would go that route instead of tracking down another figure
