This is like trusting the protection of human rights to Dr. Mengele on the basis of his “assurances” and “commitments” to do so. This court should explain how and which peaceful means other than the provisional measures requested does it recommend for the damages to be repaired as well as for the rights of the kidnaped mexican asylee to be protected and guaranteed by the perpetrators of the ongoing violations of international right; this, specifically considering that the violator is flagrantly unwilling to restitute what it destroyed to its previous conditions.
