I was a bit confused on the last story. Just to let everyone know that corn tortillas and corn chips are gluten free. They made it sound like that they weren't, am I the only one that noticed that?

Flour tortillas are not gluten free, I’ve noticed that in Northern Mexico and Texas those are eaten more than corn.

For Siete Foods, corn doesn't have gluten. It's safe to eat for people like me who are gluten-intolerant. I don't understand why she had to give it up.

Flour tortillas are not gluten free, in Northern Mexico and Texas I’ve noticed that they consume more flour than corn tortillas.

In this part of the video before I came to NYC I had never heard of Mexican food and in Hawaii it doesn't exist. But I have worked with Mexican people and I have tried Mexican foods and it's not that bad, but you will only find Mexican people in Queens, no place else but if you see Mexican people in Manhattan they are probably just working, then they go back to Queens and I have never heard of a Mexican restaurant in London England but they are more American or English than Mexican Mexican decent yes but knowing English foods is one thing but earning a Michelin star,unheard of, maybe Zagat,yes
