Mewtwo Y isn't a problem 1. Most players who buy him usually think they're Invincible and end up being bad 2. A lot of the community knows how to counter Mewtwo (except those who only played when there weren't ex's) 3. Most Mewtwos need a good support to actually thrive nowadays He's strong but no where near op

When I heard they made mewtwo y an auto-attacker, I was really disapointed. I was expecting a mage or at least an attacker that plays at insane range. Instead, we got a sp attack based cinderace with I don't know how many moves to run away or stun people.

The skill expression on this Pokémon comes from understanding that you lose most of your Aeos energy when you Mega and there are fights you don't need to take.

It can't just spam recover and have an almost full Mega gauge for the next team fight. Mewtwo Y especially needs it since so strong but has low skill required.

@@ikram1572 the mewtwos don't really need aeos energy to go mega. All you need is just fill up the mega gauge. The aeos energy is just increase the duration of the mega. My problem with it, is that when you get your mega in team fight. Three things can happen. 1. You win the team fight, all enemies are dead and is the perfect opportunity to score, but oh no most of your aeos energy is used up your mega, either you score less or can't score. Or 2. If you go mega but the fight is over too early, making it wasted your mega duration and your aeos energy. Or 3. If you just die( like get targeted ), your mega and most aeos energy is just get erase. My point is the aeos energy drains is just more a nuisance than balance the pokemon out. Choose when to mega is not ez to control.

With how simple Mewtwo's moveset is, I feel like it's impossible to balance without it being either super op, annoying to fight, or just a wet noodle

It may not be overpower at before, but still is a pain in ass to up against. I will like the dev to just rework the Mewtwos.

Yall over exaggerate so much, i barely see any ex dominate at all, its just ttar, trevenant, falinks meta Exs are so overrated

This is being one of the most painful seasons to climb fr, mostly bc of the ex pokemon coming back to ranked, it's such a pain to deal with players who can't play properly even with broken mons, now you can find them on literally every single match and draft mode being able at +1400 points doesn't help at all 💀 they really did the game more dirty than it was instead of considering real problems like matchmaking that's getting each day worse, it sucks.

Reduce the slow from mega basics and reduce the effects of psystrike on opposition and make it hindrance resistance and not unstoppable. Idk the actual cds on the moves but if it is less than 10sec then definitely increase it. The most annoying part of m2y is that it often goes unpunished which clearly feels illegal.

Why do ppl still hold such expectation from the devs when they never did to mons that could have appreciated it long before the mew2s? @@lloydter I don't hold expectation they do any shit other than release new Pokemon. I just want the game to have something to do. Just charging 3 or ever 1 Pokemon completing enough to make big diff. I just tried of fighting annoying or busted Pokemon like Umbreon, Ttar, Comfey, Mewtwo, Leafeon, Tree and many other in the same old map for 2 years. All I ask is just the game to be more enjoyable. I like thinking ways to rework existing Pokemon in concept as ways of enjoyment.

Ive played with and against it by this point, its very manageable because its damage when not mega is pretty whatever compared to the other ADCs and unlike the other adcs it absolutely has to get kills because farming is so bad on this mon. I dont think this mon is that much better than like a dragapult

I’ve already seen some people play the EX Pokémon and are not good players getting boosted by them. Hopefully the trek to masters won’t be excessively challenging mentally.

Its not problematic to fight at the moment, the nerf was pretty huge from a previous season. Miraidon might be the only problematic EX mon but until they balance at least ttar and trevenant is hard to say.

Nah Miraidon solos, Zacian gets countered by tyranitar. Try cris' tank build you'll see how broken it feels. Miraidon+comfey is better than Zacian+comfey only problem is Miraidon doesn't have secure.

Mewtwo Y is a problem when the enemy is using it but sucks when I use it 😂

I think M2Y back in ranked is really bad and annoying I keep seeing duos or trios with m2y and Blissey Yesterday i ran into a duo who both had gold badge with mewY and Blissey It was an absolute pain to play against.

I will be honest. I am looking at this comment section and people are talking about how mewtwo y takes no skill. Then which pokemon does? The reason I am saying this is because a large amount, if not a majority of pokemons in this game don't require skill. Auto attackers are everywhere in the game. From long range to short range. We have auto attackers that freeze and stun while auto attacking (ninetails). We even have others that heal and stun at the same time (dragonite). And some just healing a bit chunk of their hp (garchomp) and the list goes on. If your logic resides on a pokemon being easy simply due to the fact they auto attack, I am sorry to tell you, majority of pokemons in the game have an auto attack build. Now, let's talk about other form of easy pokemons in the game. We have pokemons that outright click one button and win the exchange such as, slyveon's hypervoice, gardevoir's unite, leafeon's solar blade before nerf, glaceon's icicle spear. And don't get me started with the snipers of the game. Also, some of the nominated pokemons have better kits than mewtwo y believe it or not. Teleport is nothing compared to slyveon's calm mind and even worse if you add a speed potion and others. Now let's talk about hax. Other than mega form, stuns, and range, thats all mewtwo have going for him. That doesn't even come close to any of the eevee's hax abilities and the fact they get their kit earlier than everybody else. Also, these hax are nothing compared to other attackers such as ninetails for example. Ninetails can literally freeze via auto attack and stun you with dazzling gleam if he wanted to keep you locked and he buff his allies eith aurora veil (thats not just an attacker role bro, that's a supporter role as well lmao). And at the end of the day, if you put mewtwo y in a tier list and compare him to other pokemons, it will be obvious that he might be just like the rest, a frail over tuned attacker, just like the rest. (Expect for slyveon, he is tanky for no reason lol).
